The vacuum comes with two batteries because you'll need both. Run time is very short. Battery power drops quickly. What a shame. I would have thought members mark would have sold a better vacuum.

Bought one for my niece in NY because I love mine so much. She has 5 cats and a new dog. This cordless stick and hand vac comes with lots of tools to pick up all that pet fur!

I got the lavender one it is very conveniet light weight, two chargerable battiers, clean up is a breeze and affordable. I have 3 small dogs and one cat. Yes, it is plastic like many other cordless vacuums out there but it does the job!

Bought this to replace my dyson that literally bit the dust. Worst purchase ever.....will send this to deer camp and replace my dyson with another dyson.

Really, like how light it is. Works great on the wood floor and rugs. Just wish battery life was longer. As others have said, from 100% down to 35% then dead. Great for quick cleans.

This is an inexpensive, versatile, lightweight and best of all cordless vacuum. I use it to supplement the robo vac that runs around my house daily. I love that it has two batteries so that I don't have to worry about running out of power during cleaning. I had a great experience as well with Customer Service when I inquired about acquiring additional HEPA filters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouth the pink stick vacuum and LOVE IT!! It is pretty quiet, picks up great, and has a lot of attachments that come in very handy. Most cordless vacuum batteries don't last very long but this one stayed charge for a long time! It is super easy to use, empty and to care for. You will not regret getting it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vac for all of those emergencies that suddenly pop up around the house. We keep ours in the kitchen ready to pick up any and all messes. Handheld portion is great for stairs and cars.

I bought one of these for myself and one for my daughter. They are so handy to quickly sweep up my kitchen floor and other hardwood floors throughout the house. I had a battery question and Denise responded quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!

This lightweight, easy-to-maneuver, cordless vacuum is great for quick cleanups, wood and tile floors. I tried it on an entryway carpet and felt it did a reasonably good job there also. While it has numerous parts, it goes together easily using the instructions provided. It comes with a variety of accessory pieces for specific cleaning needs, i.e. under furniture, tight areas, walls and ceilings plus a handy wall storage unit to corral the parts and the vacuum. Even though it is not intended for deep carpet cleaning and such, I was pleased with the suction on all 3 motor speeds and really liked the light - especially for closets and dark areas. The battery life seemed more than adequate for my quick cleanup needs. Emptying the unit was a snap- literally and figuratively. This would be a great vacuum for an apartment dweller and for quick, cleanups anywhere.
