I impressed with the features of this generator and it is very quite compare it to other generator, the display is very helpful and the shutdown while low it protects your investment, I will be looking for the DF home version to purchase once they are on some sort of discount.

I purchased this generator inverter about a week ago and and I am amazed by the quality of the user's manual the features and the power of this generator. I had no problem following the instructions to prepare it for the start. I set the choke, pulled the recoil handle twice and it started purring like a happy cat. The digital data center displayed all the information about the generator. I did not have a load but I was surprised by how quiet it was. Everything about this purchase was better than I expected, even the container for the shipment. I would highly recommend this generator.

I recently purchased the Igen2500 as I spent last winter as a "Winter Texan in our RV and was unfortunate to have been caught in the severe weather and power outage. I have started the break in period for the engine and was very pleased how quiet the unit is and how smoothly it runs. I am currently in my house with it running and am not able to hear it. This certainly is important with neighbors around.

I shopped for power inverter generators for two months. In other words, I did as much homework as I could. The igen2500 won hands down. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. If your trying to decide on witch one to buy, I’m here to tell you you will not be disappointed with the oven 2500!!

Would like to see grounding instructions in addition to the reference to local procedures. Some areas in the manual appear to use the terms generator and inverter interchangeably which is confusing. I bought this generator to assist with power outages, but the manual instructs not to use the inverter in bad weather conditions.

I just got it today. I will go through the beak in process starting tomorrow, Filled it with Oil and added gas, It started on the 3rd pull. Next week I will see how the two 2500's perform on my travel trailer. it has a 13,500 BTU AC unit. We will see how they perform. I have 64 hours on our other IGen 2500 so its ready to go, Just changed the oil, cleaned the air filter. All we have to do is add fuel!

Specifically bought the iGen2500 to power my RV's 13.500 BTU Duo-Therm roof-mounted Air Conditioner. The iGen started with the first pull of the recoil handle after adding oil and gas. It handles the A/C even on High. I especially like it has a built-in Fuel Drain Line and Float Bowl Drain Line for easy winterization. It is also a pleasure that the User Manual is clearly written and includes the exploded view and parts list.

Recently took this generator with us on a back woods camping trip. It was awesome and kept our campsite going for the week we were in the wilderness. We used it primarily at night to light up our site. Relatively quieter than other generators we had used in the past. I would highly recommend this little powerful guy!!

I purchased identical generators at the same time, but one runs smoother and less noisy than the other. Each has run longer following its first oil change. Neither displays the automatic rotating data numbers indicated in the user manual. When filled with fuel, each has a different number. About an hour before each generator runs out of fuel, the display reads "F00." I wouldn't call either unit quiet, but maybe they are in comparison to other generators.

Performs very well. Bought for our travel trailer that is off grid. We run our refrigerator, lights and ac without a problem. Was skeptical when they said it runs 10 hours on a gallon of gas but it does. In fact, it ran 11 hours running just the refrigerator.
