I bought the generator in March 2022, started it up in June 2022 and then put it on the shelf. In December 2022 went to use it. It would not start even though stored with Sta-Bil storage fuel stabilizer in the tank. Took it to Dawsonville Hardware Service Center and informed that the issue is due to a carburetor mal function; not covered by the 3 Year Warranty?.

Happy with generator. Bought one month ago as inexpensive back up for power outage emergencies at home. Haven't had need for it yet, but after testing it at home, it starts easy and runs well. Will also make a nice portable generator for remote camping.

Our 1st portable generator/inverter. Started easily, power saver worked, compact, quiet as any other . will need to use it in real life applications and return for more or less stars. *WARNING- Bait And Switch! Bought this generator a couple years ago for some off-grid property. I chose to use non-ethanol gas and ran a tank through for break-in. I took it to my new off-grid property and it was stolen... As a result, I only have a few hours and a few starts experience.

I have only ran it for an hour, but it started right up. I may use it for my Class C motor home for dry camping since it is quieter and uses less gas than the built in Onan gen. I was curious as to whether it would run the rv's 13,500 btu A/C. It does, but I can't start the electric refrigerator while the a/c is running. If the refrigerator is already on, then it starts the a/c and runs both. That is more than I expected!

Bought this during the summer of 2022 for camping, but never took it out of the box until Hurricane Ian left us without power for 13 days. Worked flawlessly and was super quiet compared to all the neighbors running their contractor generators. Very happy with this little generator.

I bought this last week, did not have a need to use is yet, but right out of the box filled it with oil and gas and started on the first 1/2 pull. Seems as small and just as light if not lighter as my other generator but rated over twice the capacity. Looking forward to using it for the camper when boondocking.

I purchased this generator inverter about a week ago and and I am amazed by the quality of the user's manual the features and the power of this generator. I had no problem following the instructions to prepare it for the start. I set the choke, pulled the recoil handle twice and it started purring like a happy cat. The digital data center displayed all the information about the generator. I did not have a load but I was surprised by how quiet it was. Everything about this purchase was better than I expected, even the container for the shipment. I would highly recommend this generator.

I bought this inverter in February 2021 just before the second snow storm in Texas. I was so happy to have it cause the second wave put me in the dark for five days. This inverter did its job. It runs for 4 hours on 1 gallon of gas. This is a must for all who need to warm up just one room.

this generator is perfect for our needs and performers great when we get it running. we have a property at an elevation of 6000+ feet and this unit is hard to start. I am told you have a high elevation kit. If so, please let me and all with this same problem know how to get this kit.
