I am so relieved to have this product! On a regular basis, we use it on a plot of land that we use for recreation purposes. It is great to have a portable power source that we can rely on, and one that I (at 5'2", 130 lbs.) can carry by myself and handle with no problem. Also, in the last several years, we have been in the path of numerous hurricanes and tornados that left us without power for weeks at a time. It is such a mental relief to know that we have this iGen 2500 to get us through those days. I could not be more pleased with this purchase! Highly recommend!!

We recently bought an RV and while half our trips are at campgrounds with utilities we spend the other half dry camping and this generator has been great! Runs well, quiet and not too heavy in case I am not around and my wife needs to move it. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I was looking for something versatile that would be easy to take camping but could also power some larger household appliances in an emergency. This does both. It is super quiet for a generator and runs great. I like the eco mode for lower loads since it allows the generator to be quieter. Ran smoothly out of the box and starts up first pull since then. No issues to date and I have to echo previous positive reviews.

I bought this a month ago to use at aid stations during Trail races. It is perfect, it's light, runs quietly, runs for a long time on one tank of gas and powers all the equipment I need at the aid station. I plan on buying a second one in the near future and expand to the finish line at the race!

Bought igen2500 and it came within a few days. No visible damage. Smooth fulfillment process. Even includes the oil. However, it will not start, which is frustrating with a new product. Customer service asked me to test spark plug, which I still need to do with the help of a second set of hands. Fingers crossed.

If you need an easy and quiet generator that doesn't break the bank, look no further. I unboxed this, added oil and gas, and had it started in less than 3 mins. It also shocked the amps out of me how quiet it runs. Definitely recommend buying this over that costly Honda.

Had a power outage for a few hours and I was waiting for an excuse to fire up the new generator anyway so I filled it with oil and gas and it fired up on the second pull. Powered a refrigerator, tv, aquarium, and fan with more juice to spare. Nice and quiet as well.

Happy with generator. Bought one month ago as inexpensive back up for power outage emergencies at home. Haven't had need for it yet, but after testing it at home, it starts easy and runs well. Will also make a nice portable generator for remote camping.

Bought for emergency backup power. I’ve run it for the recommended 5 hour break in period to make sure it’s working and would be ready to run full power before I need it during a power outage and had no issues so far. Started up with one easy pull, no priming needed. So far it seems solid.

I bought this about a week ago along with a magnetic oil dipstick. Filled it with oil and ran for an hour then changed the oil as recommended. There was some super fine metal shavings on the dipstick and the oil was slightly discolored as to be expected with a new motor. This thing runs pretty quiet even under a load. I powered two worm drive Skill saws at the same time with power to spare. I plan to use mainly for general camping and at 50lbs it should suit the purpose quite nicely.
