Bought for emergency backup power. I’ve run it for the recommended 5 hour break in period to make sure it’s working and would be ready to run full power before I need it during a power outage and had no issues so far. Started up with one easy pull, no priming needed. So far it seems solid.

Ran for a few hours varying the load (no more than 1/2) as recommended in the manual. The engine seems to be quiet enough but there is a high-pitched sound coming from the unit. I'm assuming this is from the generator itself and was hoping it would go away during the break-in period. Unfortunately, it hasn't so I'm not able to give this unit a higher rating.

We bought this generator for our Coleman LT 17B travel trailer. It works great. Running the fireplace in this camper puts about 50% load on the generator, so plenty of room for more. I figure we can run both the fireplace / microwave or the A/C / microwave at the same time. Its really light to carry as well. I filled it with oil and gas upon arrival and it fired up on the second pull. The starter pull is very easy and smooth.

Purchased to run our 15,000 RV air and lights when we don't have electric. (We installed microair soft start to AC). This generator works great so far... running it at home. We've not been able to try it for long periods camping because its wintertime.

Even more compact than I thought it would be. I performed 1hr break-in and oil change. Started first pull. There are plenty of youtube reviews talking about the iGEN2500. Will run travel trailer 13k AC unit (according to youtube vids). I'm still in break-in period, but so far i'm very impressed.

Bought this after having a Yamaha 3000 which was too heavy to load into my truck on my own. Myself and friends are amazed how quiet it was out camping, handled my needs for my trailer and was able to even start my a/c unit. I have recommended this little generator to whoever I’ve talked to about wanting one. I bought this a month ago a just pulled it out of the box. First off love that the funnel for the oil screws in!! Second, I was surprised on how quite it is! Third, you can pair another generator to it!! Weather has been crazy lately and it seems like its getting worse! I am so glad I am getting myself prepared!! This generator is going to come in handy!!

I bought two of these to run in parallel to power RV A/C and microwave. I've run them through their 5 hour break-in, and then hooked them up to the RV. Pulled 3400 watts to run A/C & microwave. Everything seems to work as expected. Writing this review to get the free cover. ;)

I shopped for power inverter generators for two months. In other words, I did as much homework as I could. The igen2500 won hands down. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. If your trying to decide on witch one to buy, I’m here to tell you you will not be disappointed with the oven 2500!!

This generator is very simple to set up and its nice that oil comes with it. I was able to test it right out of the box within 10 min. It started right up on second pull. It is also pretty quiet. I plugged in a couple fans seems to be working fine. I hope it i won't need to use it anytime soon. I like that it is parallel capable if i want more power and like that it is inverter at a decent price. I might be using it in the future for camping.
