I purchased one late last year and used during the February 2021 Texas Freeze. The inverter is very efficient and has a efficiency mode that reduces engine noise and uses more poer as needed however I was not able to take advantage since my central heat would enable the the breaker. However, it performed flawlessly without using the efficient mode with a little more engine noise. It was able to run the central heat, TV, Internet, Roku, speakers using 27% power. I purchased a second one so that I can run the units in parallel however, I have not been able to purchase the parallel cable since they have been out of stock. At 48 power pounds, ease of use, and lasting 10+ hours with 1 gallon of gas it is worth the price and I would definitely recommend.

Was looking for a compact inverter generator that could run my 12k BTU portable AC and several other items in preparation for hurricane season. This iGen2500 is able to pull the AC and several other items. The other 2000 watt generators were more expensive and unable to handle what I needed. The fuel, load usage, and estimated running times on the front panel are a plus and not offered on other models at this price.

I bought this product for outdoors activities and power at home in the event of an outage. The day after ingot it, we had a bad wind storm that knocked out power. I was able to power two heaters and lights, which made the wife and kids happy during the power outage!

I bought this for occasional use with my camping trailer. Tried it out and it has plenty of power to run the camper A/C or microwave oven. Also will be used for emergency power when the electricity goes off in the winter. After filling the crankcase with oil and adding gasoline it started on the first pull, impressive!

I bought this generator to run my 15,000 BTU air conditioner with the Micro Air Easy Start. The generator is great, started on the second pull and has good power out. I'm taking off a star for two issues. First is my fuel float sticks. When I first filled it up, said zero fuel. After sitting overnight it was at 1/2. I grabbed a screw driver and realized the float sticks. Hoping it will loosen up with use, as the nearest service center is 3 hours away. Not a deal breaker, but just annoying. The second issue is despite the manual claiming there is a lifetime run counter on the led display, they apparently forgot to program that feature. Nothing a $25 add on won't fix, but the display is already there, how did they miss that?? Other than these two minor gripes, great product. With the Easy Start it will power my A/C along with my converter in trickle charger and my fridge on electricity (at 2,000' above sea level). Would highly recommend.

I got this inverter generator because of the spec. I needed for my 2 refrigerator and cellphone charging in case of power outage. It quieter than the traditional generator. I love how easy it is to operate. when it arrived, I fill in the oil then gas, turn on the switch to choke, pull once,switch to run, pull again and it started working. I happy that it is so simple to operate. I've plug in my fridge and it's running like normal and the display is very helpful.

I purchased this Generator to power our Lance 2285 as a backup for the solar and to run the air conditioner when campin in the sticks, as well as home backup in the event of a power outage. So far I've just set it up and ran it through its paces with several common household tools, haven't had a chance to hook it up to the camper. Anyway, I never saw more than 50% utilization and never heard it have to ramp up to full speed to power anything I threw at it, even a 5HP shop vac. From videos I've seen on YT, this should power our AC unit (13.5k BTU) with no problems Pros: The fuel gauge is an amazing feature and works perfectly The display constantly rotates through helpful information and updates in real time with the varying load applied, i.e. remaining run-time. It is very ergonomic, lightweight and easy to carry Extremely quiet, can have a normal conversation with someone standing only a foot or so from it The overall feel is that of quality and sturdiness, controls are well laid out and easy to identify and use The gas cap is chained on and the fill spout is very large, making it easy to see the fuel level as you approach full Instructions are well written, easy to follow and getting it all set up, oil in the crankcase and fuel in the tank, was extremely simple CONS: When taking off the cover to inspect/add/change oil or deal with draining the carburetor, getting the plastic side off after undoing the screws can prove challenging, perhaps a molded grab handle or the like would solve this Overall, an extremely good value VS other comparable models, looks cool, performs great, and we look forward to many years of service from our new generator.

Filled oil, put in fresh gas, fired up for a 5 min test run. Noticed some gasoline leaking from the bottom, on the concrete. Turned off, let cool. When restarting, noticed gas leaking from under fuel bowl. Found the drain petcock was loose; tightened this, restarted/ran 10 min w/no additional gas leaks or issues. It runs very quiet, and should be easy to utilize on a moments notice. Digital display is nice feature. I am glad I did this before we had a major storm/power outage.

My wife bought this as a gift for me. After reading owner's manual & online reviews of this product, I couldn't wait to test this unit out. I'm build a deck on my house, so I figured this would be an opportunity to test unit out. This generator performance is OUTSTANDING! I was able power multiple construction tools, keep my cell phone & bluetooth speaker continuously charged, yet, provide necessary power to my miter saw & skilz saw, along with keeping my cordless battery charged for my cordless impact/drill.

The generator arrived in perfect condition and seems to be well built. I have only run in for 5 hours to break it in but so far I am very pleased. It starts with just one or two pulls and seems to run very smooth. The access door for the sparkplug is a bit small but I was still able to get to it. The sound when running is not bad. It's not loud at all but it's not the quietest one available. I like that it has eco mode which reduces the noise and it seems to know when to switch out of eco mode if the load is high enough. I like the display a lot with remaining run time, remaining fuel, volt and power output and lifetime run time. The max limit of 2200 watts seems to be right on so hopefully that will protect the motor in the long run but don't hope to get more out of it than the stated 2200 watt max. I also like how it can be paired with a second generator to double the power output (cable sold separately). I would definitely recommend this generator and would purchase it again.
