Great generator. Starts easily. Nice display and output configuration. Doesn't purr as smoothly as my wh2000xlti but it runs my camper ac and all by itself. I also purchased the parallel cable to pair the two generators, but haven't needed to yet. Light enough for my wife to load and unload.

Arrived with damaged spark plug and cap.Spark plug was found installed and bent at an angle with damage to the ceramic and the plug cap (boot). This could not have happened in transport. It had to be installed this way. (Poor aim and too much force when tapping the cap onto the plug. The rest of the machine looks great. I will try and get a new plug and cap from Westinghouse. Can't wait to try it out (after I get the parts).

I bought it in March of 2022. The only issue is it will take 20 to 30 pulls to start! I only use ethenol-free fuel. Handel's load well, I am able to run a 13,000btu RV a/c unit with no issues. I did 3 oil changes for the break-in. each time the oil got cleaner. The button to page through the readout is cheap and sometimes hard to get to the readout you are looking for.

We used this generator to run our electric tiller at some rental property we own. The house doesn't have outside electricity. This generator was quieter then I expected. It did a great job and we completed the tilling without an issue. We also plan to take it with us camping in the future.

I purchased my first ever generator after losing power for a day following tropical storm Zeta's path through metro Atlanta. I initially purchase a much larger generator, but returned it unopened because it was very heavy and bulky. I wanted something that I could move around without straining my back. This generator fits the bill. I am in my 60's and I can lift the unit and move it around. The initial setup was easy and it cranked easily after only a few pulls on the recoil handle. It runs pretty quiet for a gasoline powered engine. I also like that it is an inverter generator and the engine throttles down when it isn't pulling a heavy load.

Bought to take camping with our R.V.- it runs great, is powerful enough to run the air conditioner or the microwave, is extremely quiet, and light enough to be very portable! My only complaint is that it seems to have a slight sputter while running- even with no load on it. That being said, it hasn't posed a problem yet!

I have been using my iGen 2200 for a year now and it has proven to be very reliable. Now I have the iGen 2500 for just a little more wattage. When camping it runs my little AC unit, refrigerator and lights all night long without having to add gas. My little red generator runs out of gas before daylight. Great quality and price.

This unit is a must have for tailgating and weekend camping trips, super quiet and efficient turns camping into glamping! Small enough to tuck into the back of our 2 door wrangler with camping gear and a cooler for weekend fishing trips in the keys! Hopefully we won't have to use it for a hurricane but if so we know the power and reliability is there!

Just got it out of the box and gave it a good looking over. A lot of attention appears to have gone into its design and the fit and finish is very good. Prepped it and started it in three pulls. It is much quieter than I expected and a much smaller package considering the power output. Can't wait to put it through it's paces.

I have a small 30A travel trailer that can run just fine on 20A, as long as you don't turn it all on at once. This generator provides up to 18.3A (according to documentation) and worked perfectly to run 5000 BTU air conditioner and 2.7'cu fridge and lights, with only 25% load showing on the display. Unsure of exact dB level (claim is 53dB with no load) but very quiet. Simple operation and excellent documentation included (too rare these days).
