I have not had the opportunity to start this yet, but i will go over the pros and cons of why I purchased this unit. Pros are the Key fob and push button start, with someone who has several herniated discs in my lower back this was a must, the gas gauge and run time until empty is a feature that will be very useful as the power output in percentages and the charging cord to keep the onboard battery charged. The cons is only one, I wish they had a better way to change the oil without making such a mess..

Have a bigger Westing house Generator, which has come in handy during power outages. Was wanting a smaller, mort portable generator for smaller use, this generator has come in handy already. My son also owns a Westinghouse generator and is completely satisfied with his also. They are dependable, with a very good warranty with is among the best offered for portable generators.

Bought this for camping hoping to find a generator that wont keep the whole block awake and not pay Honda money. It is even quieter than I expected. The pull handle and wheels make it very handy to move. I would like larger wheels for loose gravel but that is nothing compared to what you get for your money is this package. Would buy again without hesitation.

My husband did ALOT of research on generators before deciding on this one. We were lucky enough to get one before they sold out, they were hard to find anywhere in the middle of June! This generator is great, and super quiet. The best part is the remote control. I can start it and turn it off from inside our camper trailer!

Love it. I bought two weeks ago. I have used it for two weekends to power my camper. I ran AC, microwave and coffee pot at the same time and was super quiet. The unit idles up during AC start up but quickly idles down even with the 15k BTU running. I would certainly recommend at this time.

Live in Florida and experience power weather related outages a few times a year. Lots of experience with many generators. Purchased this one for the new season. Couldn't be happier. We purchased this product for emergency outages. Thankfully, we have not had to test it yet. However, I am very pleased with the components and ease of movement. It is very heavy and has a leveraged handle so it can be rolled anywhere, even for someone who does not have much upper body strength. The accessories included the oil and other needed components. We purchase the fuel that has a long shelf life so we are ready for the next emergency. Our son has the exact same equipment and has successfully used if numerous times with awesome results!

I got this unit because my other one is worn out. It is used mostly for dry camping and as a back up at my home. I have had it for several days at this time. I got it because of all the good reviews and hope it lives up to them. I set it up as told and had no trouble with it. The unit started up on the first try with the remote start and even after setting awhile it was a easy start with the pull start. I allowed it to run for a little while before putting a small load on it and not trouble. Later I pluged up my camper to it and it had not trouble running everything in it. So as of now i can say I believe it to be a great unit and will do the job of other higher price units. The only problem I have is it is a little louder that I hoped but it is still quit enough that it will be no problem when camping . Yes I will recommend this to anyone that needs a good unit.

My iGen2500 started on the very first pull out of the box (after adding gas and oil) and broke in within the first hour. It purrs waiting for load and has handled everything I added to it. I highly recommend it for those who need portable emergency power in blackouts.

It didn't take long to see the advantages this unit offers. My first impression was how quieter this unit is over my old open unit generator without sacrificing with a weight gain. Another perk is that it runs my travel trailer AC on its own without being assisted by an inline piggyback. I always had to boost my old unit that had the same rating.
