Just received mine today. Box was in good shape. After purchase I did find some of those stories about the auto choke issue. I did research and easily googled a service bulletin with pictures and instructions on how to check or fix the issue easily. I took the covers off before doing anything and all the connections in the bulletin were secure. I added the supplied oil....The directions say pour entire bottle in, which I now do not recommend...LOL...it was a little too much, likely because there is some residual oil from the testing....I would put 3/4 and then go slow until at proper level.....after that I easily connected battery, added gas and pushed start....started right up....The Auto Choke disengaged after 5-10 seconds and it ran great..... let it warm up a minute and then turned on economy mode.....wow it is quiet!.... Hopefully, it will be a reliable item on our camping adventures.....

We bought this generator last week. We used it to run the A/C on our new cabin cruiser boat. It ran for 15 hours and we had to shut it off in the morning because it still had gas to burn. We are very pleased with the power and how quiet it is. The remote is an added bonus.

Just pulled the unit out of the box, put everything together, put some fuel in and it fired right up.. no problems at all. I hooked it up to my travel trailer and performs well, this generator has plenty of power and is quiet in comparison to many other generators.

We bought this today and easy to unbox, comes complete with oil to add. Started up easily with pull cord, electric start button , and as well as the remote start. Directions are clear and concise . just a note for registration. The white sticker below the battery access panel is the serial number. We had researched reviews before purchasing and are pleased with our purchase decision.

This generator is powerful yet quiet. It produces enough wattage to run my well pump and refrigerator and other appliances in my home during power outages but is still portable enough to be used for a vendor’s booth or camping. It’s fairly heavy but still transportable with the handle and wheels. It takes some strength or two people to get it up into the bed of my truck, but not so heavy to be totally impractical.

My igen4500 arrived yesterday and the item was well packaged. The box had no damage like some other people have had. Filled it with oil and gas and it fired right up. Be careful when adding the last little bit of oil or it will overflow. Followed the break in procedure and ran my camper on it overnight. It has 18 hours on it with 0 issues.

I used this item on a recent camping trip and rain it for 42+ hours straight non stop. It powered my 32’ travel trailer. I ran the a/c the entire time. Also while running the a/c I ran lights, water pump, microwave, coffee maker, baby monitors, sound machine, and charged electric devices. I was on the fence about getting this product as it’s have the price of a Honda. Personally I think it runs just as quite as the Honda. As long as I get 5-10 years use out of this generator I will be happy!

I bought this a month ago and used it camping last weekend with our travel trailer. It worked great! Some of the things I loved: stored lots of gas, runs long (8+ hours), trailer AC with fridge only used 50% of the available power, I really like the remaining time counter.

I bought it and by the time it got here, a hurricane had already hit our area. The inverter powered up the fridge, a freezer, a small electric stove, the WiFi, a computer, a couple of fans and a few small electronics and only about 25% output capacity was achieved. With the energy efficiency feature, a full tank last about 18 hours. Simple to manage. Highly recommended!

Excellent generator, bought during Covid time frame, use this for a remote weekend cabin on and off, in the summer I use for 2 ac’s and a cpap , machine and basic stuff . Sometime it stays in for 24-48 hrs even 72 hrs. Switched to synthetic oil early on.and change oil regularly between 60-80 hrs or when dirty which in the summer is 1x a month . Only issues I’ve had : oil changes are messy, it drains to the plate under it where there is a drain plug which allows you to drain to a oil pan, but it’s still messy and sometimes oil comes out when you think you got oil out later after running it , not best design, push button starting issues after a crap Tom of hrs in it ( not all the time ), still need to trouble shoot BUT after 5 yrs it could be the button , the starter. Rarely use the pull cord, only if if super cold in the teens and the old start choke don’t work after it tried to start by push button. It has a cold start and RPM’s will raise higher if it’s super cold for a few minutes then drop down.I’ve used this on a ext cord to run lights to another cabin probably 150ft-250 ft away on eco mode more than what was suggested to do with no issues for a while. Great gage showing how many hrs left based on load and fule in tank.forgot I had to re tie a “ not” in the pull cord handle .. Over all very reliable inverter with zero repairs.
