Delivery was fast and careful!! Crated for safe shipping! Includes everything one needs to fire it up (except the gasoline, of course). Clear and straightforward instructions - we are currently having our electrician install our transfer switch. Easy to move around, easy to read controls. Push button start is totally great!! We've had a few outages so far this year, and we are now ready for the next one!!

I bought this a month ago to take on a trip to the Black Hills. It was our first trip out west with our new camper and I was a bit nervous about using a generator for Boondocking. This is by far the quietest generator I have ever owned. We could barely hear it from inside the camper last night. It was easy to setup and run. I would highly recommend this generator!!

Deliver was very quick and easy to connect battery, fill with oil. Took the generator on a weekend camping trip and ran for 22 hours with no issues. Electric start is great and remote start FOB is a plus! Ran everything on the 30 amp service for the weekend and only burned approximately 2 gallons of fuel. Very happy with this purchase and recommend for RV campers!

After weeks of research, I purchased the igen4500. I had read about various issues associated with the choke and upside down 30amp plug. Both of these issues appear to have been resolved in the manufacturing process as neither materialized on my unit. Added oil and fuel, started up straight away. 2 days later I ran it for 24 hrs in 40 degree, humid conditions without issue. Fully satisfied.

I purchased the generator for my RV. I have used this on my last two camping trips (1week trip and a 4 day trip.Ran great right out of the box. Its main use was to run the AC (90f +all week) I did try loading it with my AC/Microwave/ water heater and lights at the same time Ran all with no issues. Remote start was something i did not care about until i used it. when the camper starting getting hot inside i just reach over and hit remote start button never having to go out side to manual start. I was quieter then I expected. Overall I would recommend this based, Price features and performance.

We purchased this generator to use on our new 4 Season Toy Hauler!! Very impressed with low noise level and the power it kicks out! It is pretty lightweight, considering and easy to move around. We are just absolutely impressed with the product overall! We have been bragging about it since we purchased it!

Works great! We are so pleased. We went to a family camping reunion. We go every year to OR and we are always roasting due to the extreme heat! Whew! Well, this July we did our due diligence and went over the reviews and watched YouTube videos re this product. The reviews were overwhelming positive so we went for it. We actually wanted the dual fuel! but couldn’t find one anywhere! We knew that that would have benefited our purpose much better. But the quiet?? Amazing. We were the envy of all the other campers! Ha.

I bought this a few days ago and I’ve been putting it through its paces during the break-in. It has performed flawless. I have the gas only version without this electric start and I’m happy I got it cause it’s one less thing that can go wrong. Seems to work great I have no complaints. This is what I expected

Just bought and came with everything needed to get started. Love the power start and remote key start. Like that its blue and came with funnel to add oil. Like it has plugs and USB charging ports. Not as quiet as expected but is quieter than cheaper models. Things I wish it has is a 30 amp with a twist lock versus just a plug in, and wheels in all 4 corners. Do like the pull out handle for moving it around.

PURCHASED THIS LAST YEAR, HOWEVER, DUE TO LOCKDOWNS CAMPING WAS PUT OFF UNTIL THIS YEAR. OPENED THE BOX THIS YEAR FILLED WITH OIL AND GAS... FIRST PULL AND IT STARTED. AFTER LETTING IT RUN FOR AN HOUR WITH NO LOAD, I POWERED IT UP AGAIN AND PLUGGED IN OUR 30/50 AMP CAMPER/TRAILER. NOW FOR THE TEST. I TURNED ON THE MAIN AIR CONDITIONER AND YOU COULD HEAR THE GENERATOR NOW UNDER A LOAD. THEN TURNED ON THE REFRIGERATOR.THE GENERATOR POWERED BOTH ESSENTIALS WITH NO PROBLEM. ACCORDING TO THE GAUGE ON THE IGEN4500 IT WAS SHOWING 25% USAGE. THE NEXT TEST WAS HAVING THE WIFE COME OUT AND CHECK THE NOISE LEVEL. WITH THE GENERATOR ONLY 4 FEET FROM THE CAMPER AND THE BEDROOM LOCATION BEING RIGHT THERE THE NOISE WAS TOTALLY ACCEPTABLE FOR MY WIFE. THE NOISE WAS FINE WHILE IN THE CAMPER LIVING AREA, YOU COULD HEAR IT BUT IT WAS REALLY NOT NOTICABLE WHILE HAVING A CONVERSATION. IF THE GENERATOR WAS PLACED TOWARD THE REAR THE NOISE LEVEL, I'M SURE, WOULD BE EVEN LOWER. AFTER RUNNING THE IGEN4500 FOR OVER AN HOUR THE TRAILER WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE REFRIGERATOR WAS WORKING FINE AND CHILLED. REALLY THE ONLY OTHER ITEM{S} THAT MIGHT BE USED WOULD BE SMALL ELECTRONICS. ACCORDING TO THE FRONT OF THE IGEN4500 THERE WAS MORE POWER AVAILABLE. AFTER ALOT OF RESEACH PRIOR TO MY PURCHSE, I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE IGEN4500. I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW AFTER OUR SUMMER TRIPS AND WE PUT IT THROUGH THE ACTUAL CAMPING EXPERIENCE.
