I brought this May 29, 2022 and it arrived at my door on June 3, 2022. I got it up and running in about 15-20 minutes after reading some of the manual to understand some of the operating board. Fired right up on the first pull. Will be using it tomorrow to run a water pump for a couple hours to water 60+ trees. Hopefully all goes well.

Bought this generator to replace one that had become unreliable (different brand) We use it to power our BBQ trailer. I came as described and after going through the check list and putting the oil and fuel in it, it fire right off after just 3 pulls. Put it on the supplied charger and tried the remote start the next day. Started right up and very quiet even when not in eco mode. Almost as quiet as my Honda 7000 that I use for my travel trailer. Will give is a good run at the next cook off and re-edit this review after afterwards

I purchased this for a 27' toy hauler to power while we're boondocking. I've barely just started the generator, but it appears to be running smoothly and powering things just fine. I've owned open frame generators in the past, but this is my first inverter generator, and I will say, this thing is ridiculously quiet. I like the digital gauge and the easy to read panel. The only downside so far is that the oil fill is fairly tucked away inside of the unit and it can be tough for people with larger hands to screw and unscrew the dipstick. A fairly minor complaint.

Just received. Box showed minor abuse in transit, but packaging protected product. Love the size, access to maintenance areas, id labels for everything, slide away handle and carry handles. After much research, I decided on the iGen4500 as my first ever generator. Positive customer reviews had much to do with it, but so did the features and specifications for this unit. I am looking forward to giving it a test run.

I bought this at the end of November 2018 to replace a pair of Honda 2K inverters I was running in parellel all the time to run the AC units on our large trailer. This iGen4500 is hands down a better solution for half the original price of the Hondas. Great quality inverter.

Start i’ve been using this generator every day since I purchased it a week ago it’s easy for me to move around with the handle and soft rubber wheels the electric start makes it easy for I am with shoulder injuries I pump water for my cattle out in my pastures and it’s nice and quiet while I’m doing so what a great deal

I purchased the Westinghouse iGen4500 about three weeks ago and finally got around to setting it up. It's a fairly straight forward process that includes adding oil m, connecting the battery cable quick connect, and adding gas (I choose no ethanol for small engines and have found them to run better). The key fab is a nice option for remote starts, and it also has a push button start, and pull cord back up. It fired up on the first try after I remembered to adjust the fuel switch to the open position. It was so impressed with how quiet it ran, and I was able to carry on a conversation with my wife while standing about five feet away from the unit. I'm expecting the iGen4500 to be my first and last electric generator since it has so many nice features, and I the build quality is impressive.

Bought to be able to run full RV power (AC etc.) on our new property. Very impressed with the quality and build of the unit. Not much time spent running to date, however, it starts right up and doesn't appear to have an automatic choke issue as we live at 7000'+. Remote start is extremely appreciated!

Everything arrived fine. Filled up and hit the remote start button and it started 1st time! Pulls 11A well pump while my 10A heat pump, some lights, a 3.5A dehumidifier are already running. Performing exactly as I would hope. Note that this unit is quieter than my Champion Power 3100W gen at every load from 0 to 100%. This report is with about 95 hours so far in an RV setting.

Have had this gen since 06-15-18 have taken it on several camping trips with my fifth wheel and absolutely no issues at all. Purchased a cargo carrier and matching bag to protect the gen while on the road and LOVE IT! Also would recommend a gen tent for protection in inclement weather. Have had it to Yellow Stone and my mountain property in Montana (where the wind can be quite high) and no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend to follow the break in directions, used the oil provided for initial break in then I use full synthetic. My RV dealer was very impressed took many pictures and couldn't believe the sound level (or the lack of) he now has one on display. Couldn't be happier!
