After a lot of research I decided to go with the iGen 4500. After receiving my generator , I did the break-in. Two oil changes with no load and one oil change after 25% load (that's with the A/C(13500w), TV, Radio, Refridge, and all lights running on my camper) turning on the microwave it would go to 75% load. Gotta say no issues, except for overfilling oil and having to clean up that mess. It has started with ease with all 3 methods. Since it's my 1st generator, I'm hoping for many many years.

A lot quieter than expected. Ran great out of the bow once fuel, oil and battery connection taken care of as outlined in startup guide. I don’t know if these generators are pre-tested at factory. The gas fill was wet with fuel and oil dip stick had oil on it. There was no sign of use on tires or any where else. Pleased so far.

Added oil like the quick start guide said, added about 2 gallons of gas and plugged the battery terminals . It started on the first pull on the pull cord. I ran it for about 5 minutes, shut it down then started with the push of a button, started right up. Shut it down and started it with the remote which by the way is awesome. This unit runs so quiet . I made the right choice buying Westinghouse instead of Honda. I am extremely impressed.

Recently purchased this item after comparing lots of different brands and styles works great for my camper exactly what i was looking for ! it looks great starts right up is quieter than I expected ! so far is better than i hoped for love it ! don't hesitate to buy this its a super price for all the features

Hello! We bought this generator for our new trailer Imagine XLS 22MLE. We needed it to run the air conditioner and a few other things. We just love it! I bought this the igen4500 a few days ago after doing some research and reading a bunch of reviews. I had a champion open frame inverter that operated fine, but it was about 15db louder than this. This thing is quiet and much easier to move around. The telescoping handle for moving it around is a super nice feature. And the wheels aren’t an afterthought that stick out and take up more space. More than enough power for my camper

Would not crank at 1st. I checked spark plug & it was fine (must use included spark plug tool) then I opened the dran screw on bottom of carb to let fuel flow. After all the air bubbles came out it crank fine & has done fine since. Runs my camper just fine.

This would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the choke not being plugged into the control board as the unit would not start after following the start up to a T. I went on You Tube and found that these units are being shipped out without the choke being connected, I opened up the unit and plugged it in and it started on the next attempt. I hope this isn't an indication of things to come. It surprisingly quiet

Used this on my 29ft RV for over 2 years and it works fantastic. Recently (now that it's 4 yrs old, no warranty) during use noticed the fuel gauge was reading empty, checked the tank and it was full. Another concern is the power switch light remains on even after turning off the generator with the remote control. Need to turn off the power switch manually to conserve the battery. Defeats the purpose of the remote. Very quiet and powerful.

I just bought this a week ago, but I have been using my brothers for months now. I am in construction an have used a butt load of generators (not as big as 4500) but the Westinghouse Brand is by far the best. Like I said I just bought My iGEN 4500 for the use with my RV for Motocross events Knowing that I am going to have much more power than I need. I’ve done much research on this brand via internet BUT WHAT SOLD ME were the amount of people I’ve met at the tracks who WHOLE HEARTILY love and praise there Westinghouse generators.
