Great product, read the instructions FYI check the oil before you pour the entire bottle of oil into the generator. Mine already had oil just a bit low. When I poured the whole bottle in it overflowed a ran everywhere. Lesson Learned. Other than user error, ran great and powers everything on my 38 foot toy hauler including the A/C

Did a lot of research trying to find a generator for my camper. Never have had a generator before but I wanted to make sure I did my research to make sure we were not disappointed on a camping trip. The generator fits under my bed cover which is awesome. I did a test run on my 30 amp camper so far so good. Running my ac unit with all the lights tv on it was running at 50% capacity. So far I am very pleased with performance and it is quite. Again, this is my 1st generator so I have not been around a very few but the ones I have been around seemed to be much louder than this one. Super excited so far!

So far so good, just recieved a couple days ago and everyrthing seems to be working fine. Had a small concern initially when trying to turn off the generator the push button and the remote would not shut it down. Had to turn the battery switch off. But after having to leave and come back and before calling customer support, gave it another try and both the push button and remote worked. So all is good as of now. Can't wait for the wife to use it on her next horse back riding trip.

We need a generator for occasional power outages in South Texas. So we looked at a number of units and finally decided to buy this unit. The price was almost too good to be true. It came by freight just two days later, we looked up the start-up procedure and had it running in 5 Minutes. We couldn't try it in the house because we needed a converter cable, but we hooked up the house two days later. The genset purred like a kitten and powered everything (not 240 v devices) at around 2500w with ocassional spikes up to 3600w. This generator can easily be moved around by one person, it has sturdy plastic panels and is really quiet. Love it.

I purchased this generator several months ago and have used it enough at this point to be very pleased with its performance. I use it for home backup on power failures, and for my travel trailer (where it powers a Central A/C unit). I put it on a Durhand motorcycle lift, so I can wheel it around and raise it to the backup of my pickup truck with ease (I'm 75, it's a bit heavy for me to lift). Electric start has worked flawlessly, and I appreciate the large capacity tank.

I purchased this unit to power my RV Air Conditioner. The setup was a breeze. Everything needed to start is included. After putting the oil (supplied) and adding a gallon of gasoline, this thing started on the first try. Also, I am amazed on how quiet it is, even more on the eco mode. I've owned other generators but feel this one is the best. I strongly recommend this generator. Thank you Westinghouse....

This is an initial impression since I just received the generator, set it up, & tested it to power my fifth wheel rv. I've had 2 Honda eu2000i gens run in parallel for the last 10 years of fulltime travel. This iGen4500 is to replace the Hondas. It has slightly more power than the 2 Hondas together, but with electric start, it is much more convenient to use.My main concern was if this would be as quiet as the Hondas. I carry & use the gen in my truck bed. I tested both the Hondas & the iGen4500 in my truck bed with a decibel meter, both at idle & while powering my air conditioner. I was surprised to find the iGen4500 produced the exact same decibel levels as the Hondas under both conditions. I'm really looking forward to the quietness & the convenience of electric remote start.

I am satisfied to this point with this generator. The only issue is checking and changing the oil. The drain bolt is stuck to the extender piece so the whole thing comes out when removing the bolt. I believe I can break it lose with some channel locks at the next oil change. Be careful when removing the dipstick to check the oil because some will come out. Other than that, the unit has been excellent for our needs of powering a travel trailer

Westinghouse was so anxious to get a review that they automatically triggered this review at the end of the Warranty Registration process. I have not put oil or gas in it yet. I’m currently reading the owner’s manual. I do like the large carrying handles the transport wheels and the extendable handle. At approximately 100 lbs we can carry it easily where the wheels won’t roll.

I purchase this unit two weeks ago after experiencing several days of no power during hurricane Beryl. This unit has all the features I need. It is currently still in the Break-In-Period. Started up on the first push and still does. So far it has perform well and it is really quite. I would definitely recommend.
