This generator is lightweight and powerful. It's light enough that my girlfriend and I are able to lift it into the back of my truck without a struggle. It powers our camper when we're out in the woods but doesn't disturb any nearby neighbors with obnoxious noise. Overall, im happy with this purchase and think it was well worth it.

Bought this 8/24/2020. Love the quietness of this generator and it use to do the job when we lost power. Last week we lost power in a storm. Turned on on fuel switch, started the generator and I smelled gas. Shut it down and fuel was leaking onto the floor. The carb float bowl gasket is shot and leaks fuel. Cannot find parts for the Huayi carb to save my life. Westinghouse Parts store is out of stock on full carb replacement.

We found this generator by accident after trying a different (very noisy) brand first, and then having no success finding another brand recommended by a friend. We've used this a few times this summer and it's been great. Our son-in-law ended up buying one, too. Thanks for a great product we hope will last for years to come. Just wish it wasn't so heavy!

I love everything about this generator, except that after about 5 running hours it started leaking fuel (apparently an issue with the auto-choke?). I'm sure Westinghouse will take care of it, so I'm giving it 4 stars, since I imagine this is not typical for this generator model.

We bought this for our pop up camper so needed to be sure it was quiet enough to run without waking us. Had an issue when we first unboxed the unit. Called customer service and they had it fixed within minutes. GREAT SERVICE!! Took it for our first trip, ran smooth and quiet, no further issues.

I purchased this product to use for my trailor while dry camping. I used to own a different generator but it was so loud I had to return it. This westinghouse generator is so quiet I can carrry on a conversation while standing next to it while running. So pleased about that. Upon following the instructions it started right up and it provides all the power I need for my 28 foot trailer. In addition it will be a great backup at my cabin as we periodically loose power from snow storms. So excited about my new generator, specially at the price point!

I just received my new IGen4500. It was super easy to get rolling with nothing you have to put together. Started right up and really quite. The remote start and handle to move it around are both going to be great. Got fit use with rv and I can start and stop from inside the rv.

I haven't had prolonged use, but so far so good! I conditioned it with a couple of oil changes, and the unit seems great! I only rated 4 stars because I have not had a chance to use it for a prolonged period. I ran it next to my Honda 2000i and it seemed slightly more quiet than the Honda! Overall, so far, happy with the purchase.

this started up the first time has ran great for hours. I love the handle that allows you to tow it to different locations. Makes it super convenient for one person to move, anyone that’s got an RV or even running your home utilities - This is a great plus. Very quiet operation - love it.

Easy starting, fuel efficient. This generator powered my class A coach for what ever was required. I estimated about 16 hrs on a tank of gas with 1 ac unit running. With the. Savings f running my onboard LP genset, this will pay for itself in a short time.
