Very pleased with my iGen4500. Unlike a product I ordered from another vendor which was damaged on arrival, this arrived in perfect condition. Love the compact design and integrated towing handle and 3 ways to start it. All around great features and power for the size. Occupies a "sweet spot" for portability vs power.

I bought this for my camper to power the AC or top off the batteries when Solar wasn’t enough. The unit is easy to use and, after filling with the supplied oil and then some gas it started on the first pull. I hooked it up to the camper through the 30 Amp supply and my batteries were charged in less then 2 hours. It’s quiet for a generator of this size but you won’t be sleeping with it right next to you. It is 100 lbs but the extendable handle and wheels make it easy to move.

We’re moving in to our RV full-time and bought this because of all the reviews saying how quiet this unit is - and they were right! It’s super quiet and the perfect size to power everything we need while boondocking - including the AC. Highly recommend!

I wrote a review a couple days ago had a little trouble getting it started at first, thought it had something to do with having to hold the start button till the green light blinking then taping the start button but that quit working. I ended up finding after all that it was just like other bad reviews the automatic choke was not working, I opened the face and the side panel with the pull start cord on it and found the choke wiring harness was unplugged. I did a lot of research before buying this generator and the only bad reviews were because of this same problem so was kind of expecting it. The other bad reviews go back a couple of years so am surprised they haven’t figured out a fix for this issue yet but a simple fix if slightly mechanically inclined and have a philips screw driver and a 10mm socket. After plugging in harness it starts on the first try every time,

I bought this generator just in time for hurricane season and took advantage of tax holiday in the event we will be living in our RV once again. Last Westinghouse generator would not run the A/C, this one will run everything in RV. Remote start much improved feature. Hope to be as satisfied with this one as previous.

Love this unit, by far the best generator I’ve ever owned.Had an issue with the choke but the service department had me fixed up in no time. Love the remote start. This is by far the best all around inverter generator on the market highly recommended.

Purchased the inverter from HD on 4/4/2019, delivered on 4/9/2019. Took it out the box and filled with oil as instructed, added gas and she started right up. Got this for our RV that has a 15K ac. Ran it for about 2 hours trying to put a 25% load on it but could, I would have to run everything in the RV. Ran the heater but didn't get to 25%.

I absolutely LOVE this inverter generator! We took it out for the first time this weekend & used it with our big 5th wheel camper trailer. Everything ran perfectly. It's lighter and quieter than our other generators and if I'm being honest, my favorite feature is the remote control to turn it on and off! We use our camper 7-8 months out of the year and it's a fight to get any of us to go out in the cold to have to start or shut off the other generators we'd used. I also like the digital display of how much run time is left. I'd recommend this to anyone...it's definitely money well spent!

This is a high quality generator. I'm a Honda fan, but this Westinghouse generator is easily as good (maybe better) than the competition. The engineering of the design is top notch. You can tell that this was not just quickly created to sell another product. This inverter generator was designed for ease of use and ease of maintenance. Even the funnel that they provide to fill the oil is unique and makes the job easy. After adding the oil, the generator easily started on the first pull (it also has electric start and remote start). We are very happy with this inverter generator.

I purchased this generator based on the features I was looking for at a price I could afford. When it arrived, I unboxed it quickly and was surprised to how light it was for the size (about 95lbs without fuel). Initial startup was a snap, all that was needed was to connect the battery, add the oil, and feed it some gas. It took two attempts for it to start up initially with the push button start but that could be because it was completely drained of fuel. What I like best is the push button and remote start and the fact I can run my trailers A/C and other things without having to worry about it bogging down.
