The iGen4500 sound is so low that you can actually talk to someone right next to the unit while it is running without yelling. Perfect for campers to run the AC. The remote start is such a bonus.

Would recommend to change oil way earlier. Did have a lot of metallic in the oil. Ran great started right up. Around hour 6 it started surging and had to clean carburetor jet. But it is definitely louder than a Honda 3000. Like the digital display but wish you could change unit of measurement. Does burn the grass behind generator. Overall good generator so far.

Fill with fuel and oil and just push a button and it fired right up. So quiet! They thought of everything when it comes to connections. It doesn't get any easier or more convenient than this.

We wanted to able to start and stop the unit from inside our rig. This is also higher wattage on the inverter quiet portable generator class. This is easy to use and maintain with easily accessible hatch doors. This also has a great track record for being a product that has proven to be a quality generator over the long term. A little heavy to lift for one person, but the handles make it easy for 2 people to lift it. The collapsing handle make it easy to manuver around with good size wheels when the terrain is less than perfect.

The only problem I had was the cable for the automatic choke was not plugged in so after I fixed that everything is working as it should. It’s not as quit as a Honda but for half the price the few db’s louder it is it’s worth it

My new iGen4500 was lighter, quieter, and easier to move around than the two other generators in our group. I loved being able to use the remote to start/stop my generator from inside my camper when it was raining. Best in camp.

I was really surprised at how quite it actually is I have an other generator that is 57 db and it is much louder. I really think this will be a great back up and an even nicer addition to the camper.

Was impressed with how quiet it actually runs and fuel consumption was very efficient. Had some trouble with the key fob and push start every time after refueling but not a total deal breaker for I just used the pull start. Overall a worthwhile purchase!

It fired right up. It’s easy enough for us to lift onto the back of our trailer. We fired it up while on the trailer. The noise and vibration level were better than the old predator. This generator was much easier to move because of the handle and bigger wheels

After some YouTube investigation, found that the electronic choke connection separates often during shipping. It was disconnected and a ground cable wasn't connected and there was a loose bolt just hanging out in the bottom of the case and the battery was tipped on its side. Someone shouldn't have to mess with a brand new generator for 4 hours to get it running. It's running now but not smooth and it's not that quiet.

Set up was very easy and user friendly. The unit itself is nicely manageable by one person and accessibility to the necessary parts (battery & connections, oil dipstick, etc.) is excellent. Started up on first try with electric start. Love the remote fob!

I will receive the trailer tomorrow and started reading the guide for this generator. First of all, I am an older lady who needs something that I can handle on my own. After reading the manual on this, I can take care of everything including maintenance and storing. I purchased a dog ramp, so I can wheel this into my trailer. It is so easy to move. I couldn't be more satisfied.

After that its starts up on the first pull every time. Even though the unit is heavy, the handle and wheels make it easy to move around. I also really like the design and it has loads of features without being overwhelming.

I have had to remodel the compartment just a little to make it fit but so far I think it will do the job well. The fuel economy, the quietness and the remote start makes this an excellent choice for camping, RVing or backup power for the home.

We ran it in the driveway for awhile my husband said it doesn't sound like it is idling down properly. We don't have any camping trips planned till August this was bought for our new 34 ft travel trailer. We plan to do some remote camping with it just hope it runs our a/c and isn't too noisy. Also really disappointed that we couldn't get the cover for it as a bonus gift for leaving a review website said they were having an issue with supplier and only had the 15 ft power strip available......really would have liked the cover!

We put some fuel into it and it ran perfectly. So far the only sad point for me is the weight of the unit. I am in my seventies and not so strong as I used to be so picking this generator or any generator this size up does not work for me. I purchased a pick up truck rack hoist to lift the generator in and out of my truck. Problem solved. I have no complaints as of this date.

We go every year to OR and we are always roasting due to the extreme heat! Whew! Well, this July we did our due diligence and went over the reviews and watched YouTube videos re this product. The reviews were overwhelming positive so we went for it. We actually wanted the dual fuel! but couldn’t find one anywhere! We knew that that would have benefited our purpose much better. But the quiet?? Amazing. We were the envy of all the other campers! Ha.
