I needed to purchase a generator, so decided on the WGEN5300, easy to pull start, and troubleshoot, you don't have to be mechanically inclined to operate it. I'm a mechanical design engineer, this model is a great design.

Westinghouse Generator is absolutely rock solid, heavy duty, and super easy to setup with how-to instructions and photos. Easy start up on a few pulls to crank. Runs quieter than most other generators. So far great product.

After assembling the generator could not pull the start cord motor seems to be stuck so much for quality control. Now I must jump through the hoops to try to get it to start and run

I bought this unit to combat hurricane caused power outages due to living on the coast. This unit does everything we need it to. Handles the fridge a few lights and a small AC unit with no problems

Just made this purchase. It is a great machine to have for back up when power goes out. Also, plan on using for welding machine. Definitely happy with this product and the price. Well worth the money spent.

We bought it yesterday, put the oil & gas in today, started right up. Not as loud as most generators; has wheels which is a PLUS! Our first DUAL gas and propane. Will be great for camping!
