Bought this one because it has wheels. I have another smaller generator from a different company that I now use at my vacation home. I replaced it with this one for my home because the hurricane season has started. Funny, the reason I selected this generator is because it has wheels (I'm 66 and although I can lift it by myself, I intend to use it well into my next decade and am planning ahead) and is a little more powerful. See pictures. Axle hole not correct size on one of the wheels. Product packaging quality assurance check issue. I would have drilled the hole out to fit the axle but the wheel design would not allow it. I expect it to be resolved by customer service.

We bought this generator on January 12, 2022, as we were getting ready for an ice storm to hit our area. The setup for this machine was easy and it fired right up with no problems at all. So far I'm loving our new generator. I would recommend this product to others!

Just purchased generator for emergency power at home. Want to run on propane so we don't have gasoline stored in the shed. We use propane for other devices but not gasoline. I put oil in the generator and it started up on the 4th pull. It's a little loud, but powered tools that I plugged into it nicely. A good buy.

Purchased this about a month ago and used it the same day it arrived due to a 19 hour power outage. Timing couldn't have been better. I use propane and decided to use the pull start the first time. It started on the second pull. Very nice unit and decent price. Haven't tried the remote yet.

This generator was easy to assemble the feet and wheels. The included funnel makes adding the oil easy. I plan on using propane to power it and it starts up quickly. 2 - 3 pulls and it's up and running. I like the power output, as we have it mainly to power the fridge and freezer during hurricane outages along with the microwave. Plenty of power for that (we use a transfer switch at the breaker box). I am very pleased with my purchase.

Purchased after we had a very high water table in May and the sump pump ran every few minutes for two weeks. Wanted backup for it and a few other essential things. Haven't had the need to use it in an emergency situation yet but set it up and tested everything with good results. Easy to assemble, commission, and start. I purchased a 40lb propane tank to use with it and haven't tried it with gas. When the power goes out here it is typically only for a few hours. I'll keep a full gas can too, just in case, and have two 20lb tanks for the grill as backup.

Out of the box and up and running on propane in less than 30 minutes. Tested with various appliances and performed perfectly. Propane option makes storage a lot easier, but being able to run on gas just-in-case is perfect. Heavy, but wheels make it easy to maneuver.

This is the one I have been looking for. No electric starter is not a big deal since I still can pull once or twice to start it easily. Used mainly for my rv 15k ac when we Boondocks. Also good wattage for house hold power outages. Glad Sam’s club still make this item so affordable. Used on propane mainly for easy cleaning and lower noise. Just don’t want to add gas during the usage with hot engine. So propane will be my priority fuel for now. Start my RV ac right away. No soft starter needed. This one is not inverter type so you have to expect louder noises but still reasonable range. Nothing is perfect but this one is making it closer. Trusted brand of Westinghouse over couple decades and great customer service backup will give you a piece of mind. Your research could be ended if you want to have a easier way to make generator work for you no matter in what kind of situation.

I have looked a a large number of generator brands with many different configurations. The two most important features were duel fuel and a AC/CA 120/240V 30A outlet. This generator has both of those features along with many others. The price was well in the range of our budget. It was clear that this generator was the perfect fit to provide emergency power to our small rural are condo. We will eventually have the wiring installed so we will be able to provide power anywhere in the condo as needed. I'm ready to give a shake down.

After opening my package everything looked and felt good. I got everything install, and was ready to fire up my generator. But, it didn't happen. My recoil handle went limp, and I couldn't generate enough power to fire up my generator. I am highly disappointed with my product.
