I purchased this in anticipation of the upcoming season. I just installed a generator outlet for the house. I bought this based on price, the great reviews and the longstanding Westinghouse name brand. I will leave a follow up after it has been put through its paces. I’m confident it will perform as expected. I will give star it after it has proven itself!!🦅🇺🇸

I was searching for a portable generator and was very impressed with the features on the Wgen5300DF model. The dual fuel feature is especially useful. My research into this model convinced me that it should be a reliable and quality product. When I purchased and set up the unit I was further impressed by the overall quality and functionality of the generator. I am looking forward to using this product

I am impressed with how well the user manual was made. Very informative! The instructions are easy to follow. Also, the generator itself is exactly as detailed in its description. I think we will enjoy using this to run our sump pump when the power goes out.

Excellent delivery. All parts look good. In hind sight I could have talked to customer support before purchasing to determine the best size for my needs.I think I could have gone smaller and maybe chosen the electric start. No local dealers to go to and kick the tires but the quality is great and I have plenty of power, I'm happy.

I bought this 6 weeks ago and I've already used it twice. Works great and isn't very loud. Easy to understand setup instructions. Haven't run it on propane yet but on gas it's very good. Only down side is the weight. 120lbs empty and around 150lbs full of gas and oil.

Purchased this in January 2021, wanted to have it for possible power outages during winter and Hurricane season. I have not used in in a time of need, but have tested it, and prepared it. Great feature is the duel fuel option, running it on propane eliminates to need for gasoline storage.

Power went out the first month I owned the generator. I ran the unit on propane for 2.5 hrs. The unit was attached to the house through a transfer switch. The load included a 240v well pump, 2 gas boilers (hot water, hydronic heat w/circulation pumps), 2 refrigerators, lighting circuit and receptacle circuit. The generator worked well.

Bought this as part of hurricane planning in South FL. This unit was so easy to set up! I like that they have the quick start instructions on the side of the unit. Generator also has the option for propane or gasoline so that's an added bonus. Definitely would recommend!

Bought this unit last week and took it out camping and what a joy it was to not have to limit the use of power hungry accessories...and children! We were all able to keep our PAD's running along with all appliances, which we couldn't do with our last unit.

Purchases dual fuel unit to replace an older generator. When putting the unit together, the wheels went on very easily. The two feet however had issues with the bolt that was welded onto the frame being misaligned with the holes on the feet. I wound up using a smaller bolt that would fit through without threading on one of the bolts. The second issue I came across was starting the unit for the first time using propane. I followed the detailed setup information but The unit would not start and the data center display would not illuminate. Hey call to support resolved botilluminateery quickly. The unit runs very well and will power virtually my entire house and appliances.
