Fast delivery, I bought this generator on Saturday and it came today (Tuesday). There was very little setup, just needed to install the padded feet, and the two wheels that were provided. After that I used the funnel to add the the oil that was also provided, went to the garage and grabbed some ethanol free gas I had laying around and started it up. Took 5 pulls and she was up and running. Let it run for about 15mins to break her in. Couldn’t have gone smoother.

I got the WGen300DFv out of an emergency because my old generator started to fail and I needed off-site power. I was planning on returning it once my old generator was serviced and up and running but instead I found myself loving my new generator. This is definitely going on my RV when I go camping and its going on my truck when I need power off-site. Great product.

i bought this unit in may of 2022. i used it to do some portable welding around my home. works great, i used my millermatic 211. welded my metal gate with no problems. the next week i used the generator to run my miter saw. this unit has enough power for everything i need. very nice unit and starts up easy with just two pulls

We were so excited to get our first generator. We had been having outages in our neighborhood due to upgrades on grids. So we decided to buy a generator and it worked great! We were able to stay warm and watch tv while our lights were out. It was easy to manage and definitely got the job done! We're so happy we made this purchase!

I purchased this generator to power a food truck and so far it has worked great. It was easy to assemble and getting it started was so easy even my sister was able to make it run. I really like the different power options and I was surprised by the dual fuel option, it makes it convenient.

We had hurricane Sally then we had hurricane Zeta pass through our area. We did not have power and needed a generator for light keeping our freezer and refrigerator cold. We purchased This Westinghouse 5300 dual fuel generator. We purchased dual fuel because gas was in short supply and figured that if gas was not available we could use our propane tanks we use for grilling. This saved our food in the freezer and refrigerator. The power from this generator also allowed us to use our TV which kept us informed in what was going on in our area.

I bought and have read the reviews very impressed. The ability to last 14 hrs on a given full tank and the ability to run continuously for 500 hrs. I have read numerous Generators capability and nothing compares to the Westing house!!! Thank you so much!

Just recently purchased due to the uncertainty of severe weather patterns. Although I have not had a power outage, I did test run this generator. It starts very easily and runs quietly. I tested the output & they are as specified. I like the gasoline/LP option. I always have both on hand. The RV option is also a great option. The stored handle makes it easy to move the generator to any location. I know I can count on this Westinghouse product as their products are well made and designed.

Purchased as a backup for direct wiring into the house during hurricane season. Have transfer switch all set up and generator test worked as desired. Will not attempt to run at full load until necessary but looks to be the right size for all appliances/lights with the excpetion of Washer/Dryer and whole house AC.

Just got a few days ago and found out easy to set up. Storing outside with a pan cover on top to keep water off and placed on a auto drip pan to keep the bottom dry. When I need it I will move to different location. Setting it up with a transfer switch to my main panel with six different brakers. Looks like this unit will work great. The price was in line with others with the same output.
