We picked this up to use with our camper. I had it out of the box, and ready to start within 5 minutes, kudos for including a bottle of oil and the little tool kit. I have it running, following the break-in procedure outlined in the manual. For an open frame generator with just shy of a 300cc engine, it's rather quiet(no load). I mean, you're not going to have a normal conversation while standing over top of it or anything, but it's not overbearing. 10 feet away and normal conversation can be had. After I get it broken in, I'll plug the camper into it, see how it goes and update the review.

We have not use this generator yet but we will be ready when a hurricane comes. Saw this model and thought this is what we need for our house. It's always good to be ready then wishing if I only had bought it last year. Glad we did get it. Reading manual to set it us when needed.

After getting my generator I stuck in in the corner still in the box to set up when I had time, Well, time ran out 3 months later when we lost power in a wind storm. Lucky for me I had some gas in the shed. It was dark, so I opened the box, put the wheels on and put the oil in the was included (thank you!). And Bam! started up with 1 pull. I let it run for 1 hour without a load as the instruction said. Plugged it into my box that was set for this and went in the house to finish watching the movie i was streaming. Very Happy!

Extremely nice unit. Very clean very well put together, and the instruction manual is extraordinary. There's not much that can go wrong that it doesn't show you how to fix. I can't think of anything I would add except maybe a carbon monoxide detector.

I just got this before a winter storm that took out our power for eight hours. The propane fuel option was great because I had multiple tanks left over for my grill. We were able to run heat, lights and cook with this thing. Great purchase and worked like a dream. Now I can have a piece of mind knowing it is in the garage for the next time we loose power.

I bought 11/3/21Received generator all in good condition, with no dings or dents. Assembly was fast and easy. Only four bolt to install front legs. Wheels install with bolt axles and pins, about 10 to 15 minutes. It is little heavy, but easy to move with the wheels and handle installed. Started first with propane. It started easy run well, then gas, also run well. purchased it because of the option of dual fuel to power home light, appliance, in a power outage. It will also run my water well, pump and with propane, I can keep two 22# tank and if more fuel needed for long outage. I can get gas or propane. Would have preferred the electric start model, but was not available any where, and I wanted the Westinghouse for it reliability. I had one before and liked it. It is economical to run that’s good when you have a long outage, so I think it is a good buy.

Just purchased this generator 4 days prior to Hurricane Ian affecting our state. Despite not having severe hurricane effects in our area, we did have a power outage for 2 days. Happy to say that this unit was able to provide power to the most basic appliances needed during this time, making our days easy to tolerate. Satisfied with the investment, despite the unplanned financial cost.

I bought this right after a hurricane hit. Power was out, AC not running, two refrigerators and a freezer down. I was able to hook this up and get everything connected in one morning. Having the capability to use different fuels was a bonus. Our family is blessed to have access to great equipment like yours. We are ready for the next storm with confidence.

I tried to break-in the motor on propane but it wouldn't start so I just broke it in with Gas. I called customer service about this issue and they were prompt in getting on the issue. I haven't tried running the propane since breaking it in with gas but I know the warranty will fix it regardless so I'm not worried about it.

I bought this generator to supplement our Solar System during bad weather and a power outage. The setup was easy, and it started right up. I particularly like the engine oil funnel that comes with it, which made it super simple to fill in the engine oil. The oil came with it, too.The dual fuel option allows to use regular BBQ gas bottles, which you can store longer that gas without the fuel going bad. The hardware for attaching gas bottles is included.
