I love that it softly closes and connects to the phone via smart things app. The app will let me know when I need to do a self clean cycle and the washer looks great after doing that. I love that I know how long the wash will take and that there is a quick wash option. I can also choose to delay the start time which is nice. The app reminds me when it’s done as well. I love the vibration reduction in this washer, it stays still and doesn’t move.

My previous machine was so loud I could hear it from another level in my home. This Samsung washer is a dream in comparison. This washer can wash 2 loads in the time My old one could do 1 load. I am able to get multiple loads done in a short amount of time. I love that I can turn on super speed and make the load wash even faster. The only thing I am not thrilled about is because of its large capacity the drum is deep. I am short so in order for me to reach items from the bottom of the drum, I require a step stool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing! I can fit all of my sheets in one load. I love that it can sense my loads and let me know how long loads will take. I also enjoy that it’s WiFi connected I can set it on my phone with the SmartThings app to start when I’m on the way home or I can delay the start time for hours later. I can also set it on fast wash which is awesome if I’m in a rush. I also love that it has a separate spout to rinse something off before doing a full load. The inside is nice bc the agitator in the middle is straight down and my clothes don’t get caught around the bottom. The vibration reduction technology is nice and my washer stays in place now. This is the perfect washer for my family.

The wireless control is so convenient. This machine is so quiet and runs so smooth. I love how it tells you it needs cleaning and when the washing cycle is completed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one word for you: WOW!! That's how I felt when I did my first load of laundry in the Samsung 5.2 cu. ft. Smart Top Load Washer! I downloaded the SmartThings app, and away I went! I do want to say you don't need to use the app to do your laundry, but it is pretty awesome if you do! You can pick a setting called "laundry recipe" on the app. From there, you tell the washer what type of clothes your are washing, how soiled they are, etc. It gives you an option or two suggesting the best way to wash those particular clothes--and you can literally start the washer from your phone! Th washer has a BIG drum, so you can fit large comforters in there. My dog had an accident on our comforter the second night we had the washer and I was amazed at how easy it fit in for washing! I will say, the drum is deep. A couple of the loads I had to get on the tips of my toes to grab a couple socks that were way down there! The washer is super quiet which is great. It also has a soft-close lid so it won't slam down if you let go! Once the laundry load is complete, the SmartThings App sends an alert to your phone telling you it's done! I am so happy with this product!

The clothes come out almost dry which cuts drying time almost in half. There are so many wash cycles that leave your clothes looking and feeling so clean. The wireless feature is amazing it allows you to set the cycles that you want to use and send it to the washer all with a few clicks on my phone. Due to this feature teaching my preteen kids to do their laundry has been a breeze. The no center agitator works amazingly for my down comforter and pillows. There is a self cleaning cycle that makes the washer look and smell brand new. The washer also let's you know in the smart things app when it is done so no more having to check. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone who is looking for a new machine as it is the best I have ever used let alone owned.

I'm not going to lie at first I had trouble figuring out the settings but the ability to manage your loads through an app made things so much easier. It's a set it and forget it until you are reminded that you were washing. It's great! The warranty is great! I use to have an LG front load washer and loved It until it went out after 6 years and the parts were no longer available to fix. Highly recommend this Samsung washer you won't be disappointed.

Never buy one of these machines if you want a washer that works for over 5 years.There is just myself and my wife in our household.We bought one around 5 years ago.Now I spend more time trying to get it to spin without it getting unbalanced.5 towels or a set of 2 bedsheets and 4 pillowcases and it takes me an hour unloading soaking washing to try to.load it again to make it balanced I even went as far as folding towels before washing them. Will never buy again and NEVER recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit delayed in getting to use our new Samsung Washing machine due to a burst pipe in the house so they couldn't install it for awhile. But it was worth the wait. I'd amassed a huge pile of laundry: clothes rIpe for washing. I thought I was looking at spending a whole day or two at home just doing laundry. Was able to get everything done in 2 loads due to the ginormous capacity of this new machine. I could see that my clothes and sheets had less detergent residue on them too. So it must rinse well. I'd left and forgotten to turn on the 2nd load so thankfully I could use my Samsung Smartthings app to start and track the load. I use this app on all my Samsung products and it's inuititive, easy to get anything done, and I knew exactly when I had to get back to put my stuff in the dryer. I told my Mom that we now have to get a great new Samsung dryer instead of the old jalopy we have. If/when I ever get my own home I'm definitely going to fill it with Samsung appliances.

Samsung has brought my household into the wonders of doing laundry their way in the 21st century. And what a revelation it is! First thing I noted was the capacity size....it's huge. I can do fewer loads of household laundry instead of having to do one load after another. Everything fits in one wash. I could even wash large items instead of having to take them to the cleaners to do. Second thing I noticed was how quiet it is when it runs, and how it doesn't shudder and shake during the spin cycle. Everything comes out with less water left so is quicker to dry. In a city like LA where we are so energy conscious, this is fantastic and it'll be interesting to see if it gets reflected in my monthly utility bills. I have tried out the Samsung Smartthings App, which I use for our new Samsung dishwasher too, and it is fun. I'm not as tech reliant as my kids who use it for everything. We are total Samsung enthusiasts and this washing machine doesn't disappoint. It's another Samsung winner!
