[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung washing machine is sleek looking with a slanted tinted top. The interior is stainless and has an agitator. The size is just right. Not too big or small and will hold the right amount for a load of laundry. It seems to be quieter than older versions. The machine runs smoothly, and is quiet. There are good upgrades and improvements that Samsung has made. Such as more plastic and less metal that'll rust out in the machine. Quieter and a smarter machine. The smart function is spectacular. The smart things app will connect your washing machine to all of you Samsung devices. You can check the progress of the load that you are washing. It'll alert you when the load is complete. The washing modes in my opinion are not an upgrade. For being an energy efficient machine there are no more eco, towel or a cold only modes. Plus the time of most modes on average are about an hour. Add an extra rinse and that is another 34 minutes. If your using the Heavy duty mode it'll run for an hour and 34 minutes. These modes seem inefficient and excessive to me. But on the other end a quick wash will take 31 minutes. All in all this washing machine is average and decent for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit delayed in getting to use our new Samsung Washing machine due to a burst pipe in the house so they couldn't install it for awhile. But it was worth the wait. I'd amassed a huge pile of laundry: clothes rIpe for washing. I thought I was looking at spending a whole day or two at home just doing laundry. Was able to get everything done in 2 loads due to the ginormous capacity of this new machine. I could see that my clothes and sheets had less detergent residue on them too. So it must rinse well. I'd left and forgotten to turn on the 2nd load so thankfully I could use my Samsung Smartthings app to start and track the load. I use this app on all my Samsung products and it's inuititive, easy to get anything done, and I knew exactly when I had to get back to put my stuff in the dryer. I told my Mom that we now have to get a great new Samsung dryer instead of the old jalopy we have. If/when I ever get my own home I'm definitely going to fill it with Samsung appliances.

Quick and quiet washer that has plenty of settings for all of your needs. I'm very happy with how quick I can wash some of my loads through the quick wash setting. The washer is high efficient but still has all the tweaks you may want to ensure you cleanliness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washing machine! It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t disturb me, and it does an amazing job getting my clothes clean. I really appreciate all the great features it has, and even though the deep tub means I have to tiptoe a little to reach my clothes, that's totally fine with me. Plus, I enjoy the slow lid closing—it's a nice little touch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does huge loads which comes in handy with kids. It’s quiet. I love how I can keep track of it in the app. It seems to wash clothes well and I also love the built in water spout. I don’t have a sink in my laundry room so it’s nice to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I love it. (Though we haven't had it long). It's a top loader and I am happy to be done with a front loader - having to keep the door open, and still developing dark mildew stains. Something that I wasn't expecting is that after the spin, and I remove clothing items, they are so wrung out, to the point of having more creases than when in the the front loader, since in that machine, the load still spins softly and makes the clothes 'looser.' I will experiment with perhaps lower levels of spin to see how that is. Thank you!

The only issue is some loads aren’t spun correctly in the end which results with an error message which happens a little too often for my liking. I’ll press resume and the time will increase but results are the same so I’m just wasting water and time. Rinse & spin function doesn’t always work correctly too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got today and I’ve done 5 loads. This holds so much! I can’t wait to wash my bedspreads in it. It’s really quiet compared to others I have had. I love that you can connect the app and get a text when your load is finished. I wouldn’t recommend for short people as it would be hard to get clothes out. I’m 5’6” and it’s deep for me. I love the see through lid that soft closes. It has a pause if you need to add clothes after starting. Spins out water super well so clothes take less time to dry. So far I would highly recommend.
