Did my first wash nice , second wash a blanket and pillow sheets when on spine mode an error acquired several times(UR) meaning the unit is unbalanced, google it up and did what it suggested and problem fixes. Did several washes though out the night and know as I text so far I am happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically, it's a beautiful washer. Copious amount of space. Quite a bit of a learning curve with the settings and the instructions aren't helpful— very generic. Hence my 4 star rating. Otherwise no complaints!

Purchase was fine. Then it was handled directly through Samsung who uses RXO for delivery and set-up which is included with the Sam's purchase. First the delivery date was stated for 9/27. Then when it actually came to scheduling it went to 10/10. A few days later it was updated to 9/30 (great!). After scheduling someone to be at the house for delivery. It came with nothing to hook it up. Now it's just sitting here not running. After getting that handled through Samsung my new installation is 10/29. Don't waste your time buying through Sam's. Just go to Lowe's. I'm buying my own and hooking it up myself. Yes I could but I paid for this service. Everyone is preprogrammed to say I'm sorry over and over. They want your name, phone first born and shoe size for a call back if disconnected. NEVER CALLED BACK after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. What a joke
