[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I wasn’t planning on buying a new washing machine, but the one that I had died suddenly. I’d only had it for about eight years and apparently in washing machine years that’s a lot nowadays. I had no idea what kind of washer I wanted, but talking with a friend she said she Had a Samsung and loved it and it was reliable and that’s old me. I thankfully was able to find one that could be delivered the next day. Having had it now for about a week I absolutely love it! There’s so many options to choose for the kind of what you want to do and how specific you want your clothes washed. Also, it’s huge! Not having the agitator has made it so much easier to wash things like blankets and big loads of laundry. It’s great at getting all of the water out of clothes so drying has been much simpler too. All I know is if my dryer goes I am going to be getting the dryer that matches this washing machine without any hesitation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at many washer machines mostly in the GE - Whirlpool category ..Didn’t like the reviews I was seeing ..Alawys Had either one of these washers & Kenmore products..Then I checked out these machines & was very impressed with all the features see through (GlassTop loader) added plus wi-fi 5.2 cubic Very large ..also Was on sale ..W/Very nice Price ..And had a 4.5 start rating w/many reviews ..Called & purchased over phone.This machine is awesome !!luv it ..Cleans clothes very well & is Super Quite even during the spin cycle .Holds Big loads for those family’s w/ Babies g household ..Very pleased I didn’t go with the usual products I search ..😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have done about 10 loads through the machine and really enjoy being able to customize the wash cycle based on the size of the load. Like that the machine has a larger capacity but can be a struggle for shorter users to get clothes off the bottom of machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time buying a Samsung washer, very big and spacious, user friendly technology and configuration at your preference with different speeds and options . Did my first wash nice , second wash a blanket and pillow sheets when on spine mode an error acquired several times(UR) meaning the unit is unbalanced, google it up and did what it suggested and problem fixes. Did several washes though out the night and know as I text so far I am happy with the product

If you connect your Samsung TV's to the app, you'll receive cycle completions or issues onscreen. Overall very good quality and good looks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer fulfills all the needs, but being a "smart device" it had a slight learning curve, but after a few loads and some googling got it figured out. Very large capacity and can fit a comforter with ease. Haven't tried most of the smart features but its very intuitive. For instance it "weighs" the clothes by a few light roations and uses enough water necessary for the cycle so it won't just fill water to the top for each cycle and waste excess water. Took a little figuring out since that wasn't with the initial product but a clever design to save water

You can monitor the remaining cycle time on your phone and add new ones online—very useful. It automatically weighs clothes to use the necessary amount of water. I find the design very elegant, and although some people don't like the slanted lid, I don't find it inconvenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was forced into buying new washers my 10 yr old GE had went kapoot. I chose this because 1 it was in stock and I could get it then 9/10/25. We also have California King size bedding and it washes it perfectly. Kinda waiting for my dryer to quit so I can buy the matching dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aesthetically, it's a beautiful washer. Copious amount of space. Quite a bit of a learning curve with the settings and the instructions aren't helpful— very generic. Hence my 4 star rating. Otherwise no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer works well I wouldn't change anything. I love the different cycles it has and that it lets me change the water temperature on the cycles. I also like that it lmtells me when to run the clean cycle.
