[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, the huge box arrived, it was very well packed and the vast majority of the packaging could be recycled (top points there LG). I've only had the soundbar about a week and have been playing around with it constantly, much to the annoyance of my flatmates. I removed my old soundbar and plugged in the new one and was instantly impressed. I've only got an A-class LG OLED, so found out it wouldn't attach directly to my model, not a problem, I just attached the new bracket to the wall. My TV found it straight away and that's when the fun started trying to work out all the settings. I think I've discovered HDMI is probably the best (Bluetooth and Optical are also available). There are various settings available either through the soundbar itself or through the settings on your tv. Something I discovered a little later was the LG Soundbar App, which is amazing! It made life so much easier. I went further into the settings to discover what else it could do and realised that I had to connect it to my Google Home. Something else that's really impressive is the AI sound setting it sets up the sound to the best available for the source available. I have various inputs going into my telly which range from a BT Freeview Box to a 4K Firestick. I've also viewed programmes/movies using Dolby Vision on it, which is a whole different experience, and during an action scene I was literally blown away (I was half expecting the neighbours to come knocking on my door). I know I don't have a C-Class, but you know what you don't really need one, the tv can also use multiple speakers including the tv AND soundbar which is great. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially if you've got an LG OLED, it brings a whole different dimension to the experience. Good points - the sound is great, very clear and handles various sources with ease Bad points - I think it could be a little clearer about the app on the set-up instructions, once you've found that out, life is so much easier.

We purchased this sound bar because it was supposed to be the best one to match with our new LG OLED TV. We are new to streaming services and are still learning some of the ins and outs. For some reason, sound just disappears randomly when watching TV. We have not isolated the sound disappearance to the internet, TV, Streaming device of the Sound Bar.

Setup was straightforward, though connecting to the TV was initially confusing, and I had to resort to YouTube for clarification. Once synced, the audio quality, especially when paired with the subwoofer, was remarkable, amplifying the immersive experience of movies, music, and gaming. The wireless feature eliminated cable clutter, and the sleek design with touch-sensitive controls exuded sophistication. The LG Sound Bar app offered convenient control over various functions. However, the sizeable subwoofer came with challenges as it took some rearranging to find a spot for it. Navigating settings was slightly annoying since there's no on-screen display, and the remote's functionality felt redundant compared to the app or TV remote. Despite minor setbacks, the soundbar competes admirably with pricier options, enhancing home entertainment significantly. A worthy investment if you're looking to level up your home entertainment game!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this soundbar for the past few weeks and have really enjoyed it. The sound is fantastic for movies and music. You really get the full impact of every sound. My one gripe is that it doesn’t always automatically pair with my lg tv. Which can be a bit annoying. When it does pair automatically it seems to take a long time. My last soundbar paired while my tv was still warming up. Other than that one small issue I am really impressed with the quality of everything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It paired seamlessly with my 55 inch LG C2 and it sounds amazing. For those experiencing issues such as poor sound quality, poor bass, sound not much different compared to the TV speakers, i suggest they perform a factory reset by simultaneously holding the WiFi touch button on the soundbar and pressing the mute button on the soundbar remote for at least 5s. This should fix sound related issues (caused by firmware bugs).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great soundbar with superb bass. The subwoofer works like magic. The connection was really easy and very quick. As my TV is desk mounted I didn’t had to use bracket provided but I am sure I will be using it in the future. The build quality of the material is really good. The voice quality is really good and crisp. The way it works and integrate with the LG TV is great. The wow cast is exceptional and having no wire makes it look so compact and less clunky. The packing was really good and sturdy as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not usually involved in picking the home entertainment equipment in our house, but after looking at this soundbar, I had to make the suggestion. It looked nice, had great reviews and seemed to pack the features I would want to use. This soundbar far surpasses my expectations. It was very easy to set up, just had to plug in one cable and that was it. Once we battled with pairing with our WiFi which needed to be connected via 2.4Ghz for some reason, it has worked almost flawlessly ever since. I would recommend this sound bar for anyone that wants something sleek, with incredible sound, and loads of additional features like airplay and Bluetooth.

It is a great sound bar but it does have a bracket that fits the 83" or larger OLED's. In fact LG confirmed they do not make one yet. So if you are buying an 83" OLED you either buy a different brand or you make due with it sitting on a separate shelf and not attached to the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar has truly impressed me set-up is easy. The sound quality is great. I used to have an old 5.1 surround system but that really only provided truly surround sound when the rear speakers were set far behind me. This achieves better levels of immersiveness without the hassle of setting up rear speakers and my current TV room doesn't have space for that type of set-up. I was able to connect it to my phone and WiFi via the LG soundbar app which I've found to provide a very useful GUI for the soundbar which was something I was a bit surprised to see the soundbar didn't have natively even though I'm using my LG C2 tv (which it specifically says its compatible with). The app allows you to easily connect the soundbar to various input sources including Bluetooth and Alexa as well as switch inputs, perform software updates and perforn auto sound calibration amongst many other functions. I managed to wall mount it single handily using the boxed TV tray/ mount it looks neat being assembled to the TV which in turn is mounted to the wall using a 3rd party wall mount the soundbar doesn’t seem to affect TV angle or tilt. The sound only needs a couple of cables (power and HDMI both of which are provided) to get you going. The wireless subwoofer alsi worked straight away. I also like the way it fits perfectly under my LG C2 55 inch TV. They complement each other nicely. Finally the soundbar like the TV is beautifully and thoughtfully packaged lots of dropout and pull off cardboard boxes rather than having to slide the sub woofer out of a conventional box. Which may sound trivial but it really makes setting it up so easy. My only concern is how tricky it may be to add inputs to the soundbar in the future as it screwed into the tray under the TV with limited access to the input ports.
