To restore the performance of the non-stick surface, we suggest using a deep cleaning method. This involves soaking the cookware in hot, soapy water overnight and then thoroughly washing the surface the next morning. Here are a few tips for you to clean this set. 1) Always let the cookware cool down to room temperature before hand washing. 2) For any food residues, simply boil some water with vinegar for 4 or 5 minutes. Then wash and rinse as usual. 3) Do not use corrosive cleaning products such as bleach, acids, oven cleaners, etching, etc., as they will seriously damage the non-stick coating and deteriorate the finish. 4) After washing, dry immediately each piece with a dry cloth or paper towel to prevent lime scale formation.
