Ceramic coatings can also form a protective film through seasoning, following these steps: 1) Thoroughly clean and dry the pan to ensure no residual moisture or stains on the inner wall; 2) Turn on low heat to dry the pan, switch to very low heat, and evenly apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the inner wall (it is recommended to use heat-resistant oils such as rapeseed oil or corn oil, avoiding easily oxidizable oils like olive oil); 3) Maintain very low heat for 1-2 minutes to allow the oil to fully penetrate the coating pores, then turn off the heat and let the pan cool completely; 4) Pour off excess oil and wipe off surface floating oil with a soft cloth (no need for thorough cleaning). The non-stick performance will gradually recover during subsequent cooking.
