I bought this bed because my Orthopedic Mattress was beginning to get too hard for my older body. I had sore shoulders and back. This was delivered to the door in a large box. It's bulky but manageable, I am 65 years old and managed to move to the first floor. Once unpacked it rapidly began to expand. I let it expand for 24 hours. It appears to be about half to one inch short of the 12 inches advertised. I have no experience with foam mattresses so didn't know what to expect from Medium Firm. Turns out it works well. My stiffness is slowly dissipating though it took me a couple of nights to get used to sleeping on a foam mattress. I didn't get the chemical smell some reviewers noted, I still have a pretty sharp sense of smell. After about a week I am pleased with the mattress. It's hard to beat the value of the Members Mark and return guarantee. I took one star off for the actual height being shorter than advertised.

This is way more comfortable than the old fashioned box spring and mattress. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and support. My son loves it- it really exceeded all of my expectations which were already pretty high based on reviews I had read prior. Great item for the price!

Purchased 2 of these for my young granddaughter's daybed and for an extra bed for company. Adult company said they slept well. My granddaughter loves it! As for me with back and neck and hip pain I would need something a little more supportive to the body.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

It STINKS!! We’ve had it for 6 weeks and it still smells horrible. Hubby still hasn’t gotten his sense of smell back from Covid or I’m sure he would’ve complained. I unzipped the cover today hoping it would air out some and now the dang zipper is broken so I don’t recommend that! It’s super comfy and I don’t feel my wiggly hubby at all. I would recommend for comfort but the smell is bad. I’ve tried all kinds of things. Also the top layer of foam sort of wads up. You can’t feel it but it’s kind of annoying to see it.

Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

After getting an adjustable frame decided time to change mattress. Biggest problem was getting the old one off and ready for disposal and getting the plastic off the mattress was bit of challenge being careful not to cut the mattress. Once in place it began to hiss and start to expand quickly. Was surprised it only took a few hours to expand to 11 of its 12 inches! Very comfortable. Have seen reviews saying too soft but they must like sleeping on a rock as this is advertised as medium firm and would say that is right. So far so good and if run into problems in the future will come back to amend. So far very pleased.

We bought two of the XL Twin Firm mattresses. Before this purchase we had a sleep number bed. After20 years I still tossed and turned all night. With these new mattresses I placed a 1inch memory foam topper on them. I no longer toss and turn at night. So very comfortable on these mattresses. They came rolled and vacuum sealed in individual boxes. Never would have thought they would be this amazing. So glad we got them. Don't miss the sleep number at at.
