I've slept on it for 2 nights and taken one epic nap on our new matresses, and i LOVE them! Our 12 year old Icomfort mattress had given up. We had decided to get 2 twin xl's in hopes of getting an adjustable base in the future and the 2 twin xl's were actually $50 cheaper than just buying a full king size. I can move these 2 all by myself where our old matress was so heavy it really needed 4 people to move if you were to follow OSHA saftey standards due to the weight ;) We got the medium, i let them "air up" for a little over 24 hours and they had no issues or a bad smell. I was a bit nervous when they were delivered because one looked like it was trying to air up in the box, so i was scared of it being mishappened or damaged from a cut through the box or something, but had no problems. Not to firm not to soft. Being 2 twin xl, there is very little if any movement transfer. King size bedding fits on the 2 mattresses perfectly and keeps them together better than i thought it would. Being 2 mattresses together, they are a smidgen wider than our current bed frame, so if you have a frame that the matress sit in that may be a issue if you go the 2 twin xl to make a king route. I paid $327 total after taxes for both and they arrived in 2 days! I bought from Sam's so if we didn't like them we could take them back to the store if there was a issue, as this was the first time buying a mattress that i didn't get to test out first and i was nervous, lol. I figure even if these break down after a few years, i would still be happy with my purchase because I've wasted more money on way less before. For the price, they are totally worth it and with the return policy, no reason to not try them out. We got the medium, which is fine for us, but if you like a firmer matress get the firm one. I'm ordering one for our 16 year old son, who has never had an opinion on bed comfort because he could sleep on the floor and find it comfortable. But he laid on it and said he wanted one too! The price is great! Trust me we went mattress shopping and i think we laid on every major brand mattress on the market these days and I'm telling you, there are way worse (name brand) matresses for quadruple the price out there

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

First it did not raise to 12" . Almost 11". The mattress is super soft and it sucks you into it. When you try to get out it bottoms out to the frame. It's the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on. Sam's should be ashamed to produce this type of product. It's true, you get what you pay for as we thought we would try it out as we bought another brand similar to this and it lasted about 6 years and was very comfortable but that was not the case with this one. Don't waste your time taking this one home because you will be returning it. I hope they let us return it!

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

I thought that I wanted a softer bed but this is perfect. It is soft on top but you don't sink down in it. It does a great job keeping me in alignment. I have problems with my SI joint getting out of alignment and I usually have pain and night and have to keep shifting into different positions. But I don't have to with this mattress. I slept very well on it the first night. I also highly recommend the Member's Mark Premium adjustable base to go with it. It is amazing!!

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!

Bought this mattress in September 2024. By April, the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Tried to return, but was strung along until I gave up on returning. Do not buy this mattress!!! It will feel good for a few months, but it won’t go the distance. Wasting your money. Sam’s club really failed on quality and customer service! Won’t buy any big ticket items from them again.

Do not buy this bed If you are on the heavier side i weigh 280 my job provides a twin size mattress and i sink in completely there is no support and because it compresses so much there is no air flow so it becomes hot and uncomfortable this may be a good bed for thinner people i dont recommend if you are on the plus side

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

This is a complete letdown. Bought a queen and two twins. All three of them have some weird bunched up sections on the tops. The twins expanded ok. The queen barely reached 10 1/2 inches. The sheets will not stay on at all because the bed is so thin and slippery. It is the most uncomfortable mattress ever. My body is in such pain. Dropped a load of money and disappointed.
