I love this mattress. We purchased it in Feb 2021 and I feel like I’ve given it plenty of time to have any issues and there are literally non that I can think of. I want 3 more of these. It is literally my favorite mattress in our house. Cannot recommend enough!

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

Fails over time. I have had this mattress for about a year and we are in the market for a new one. This mattress was great for about 6 months and then began breaking down to the point where I wake up in pain almost every morning. I contacted the local store I bought it from and they said I have owned it for too long for them to do anything so I would not really call that 100% satisfaction guarantee. It would probably be great for a guest bedroom or something that is not used daily.

We bought a new mattress for our new camper. Slept like a baby the first night, and I never sleep good the first night out. We were amazed. So when we got back home, we ordered another mattress for our bed. Coming in a few days and I cant wait! This is a happy camper!

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

Mattress is far too soft you will end up with severe neck pains. The mattress has completely compressed and now I am experiencing both neck and back pains. This all even though I didn't sit or sleep on it for 72 hrs. after opening. This scenario is absolutely absurd and very disappointing

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

Husband and I love this mattress. Let it completely fill before judging. It is a plush feel on top with a medium firm feel lower layer. No sinking in. We are both hard to please with mattresses and love this one. I am a side sleeper and hubby is a combo sleeper. Just works in all positions. Very comfortable! Way to go Sam's!

Bed is really comfortable unfortunately it was deformed. Like other reviews, the end of the bed failed to to inflate to full capacity. Looks odd and also the top moves around when getting up. I’m contemplating returning but this would be the second bed in a box I return. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

This is a complete letdown. Bought a queen and two twins. All three of them have some weird bunched up sections on the tops. The twins expanded ok. The queen barely reached 10 1/2 inches. The sheets will not stay on at all because the bed is so thin and slippery. It is the most uncomfortable mattress ever. My body is in such pain. Dropped a load of money and disappointed.
