Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

This is a complete letdown. Bought a queen and two twins. All three of them have some weird bunched up sections on the tops. The twins expanded ok. The queen barely reached 10 1/2 inches. The sheets will not stay on at all because the bed is so thin and slippery. It is the most uncomfortable mattress ever. My body is in such pain. Dropped a load of money and disappointed.

Couldn't have been better. Mattress arrived 7 days prior to expected delivery, and though the box was heavy, maneuvered it into bedroom, slid mattress out of box, lifted it on platform, and off it went, rapidly filling. Rapidly. Medium firm and looks good. Perfect for overnight guests and children

Bed is really comfortable unfortunately it was deformed. Like other reviews, the end of the bed failed to to inflate to full capacity. Looks odd and also the top moves around when getting up. I’m contemplating returning but this would be the second bed in a box I return. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

Mattress sleeps well but after a couple of nights of sleep we noticed a wrinkle in the mattress/ fabric all the way across the middle of the bed. So now when we sleep on it you can feel the wrinkle underneath it. They sent a replacement, it done the samething.

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

First we purchased one for our toddler’s big boy bed. After trying it out for a month we ended up buying another for our own bed. For a foam bed, it’s pretty great. I’d like to see the edges more firm but that seems to be a problem with foam beds in general.

I had a 5k high end name brand mattress I’d been sleeping on for years and then for the last few months I found I could not get comfortable on it no matter how I turned. I had slept on a full size of this mattress while recuperating from hip surgery and had found it extremely comfortable! So I decided to replace my expensive mattress for this one. Extremely smart decision! It is so comfortable! I do not have to constantly reposition.
