I like that this is an easy way to get a probiotic in my diet. It is important to be to make sure I'm doing what i can to be in good health and this product is a good option for that.

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now, and I have noticed a slight change in my digestive health. However, I haven’t notice any difference in my immune or femine health. I do suffer with the occasional femine issue, and this hasn’t helped. I don’t know if I need to take it longer or it’s more of a preventive measure. Overall, it’s okay if you’re using it for digestive issues. I received this product free for my honest opinion.

This helped me be more regular and less bloated. It seemed very gentle but effective, I did not experience any cramping or stomach upsets while taking this.
