I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now, and I have noticed a slight change in my digestive health. However, I haven’t notice any difference in my immune or femine health. I do suffer with the occasional femine issue, and this hasn’t helped. I don’t know if I need to take it longer or it’s more of a preventive measure. Overall, it’s okay if you’re using it for digestive issues. I received this product free for my honest opinion.

This is an easy to swallow small size capsule only needing one per day. I had no abdominal discomfort. In taking for a few weeks, I notice positive effects in my stomach and more. I will continue taking these for the good bacteria and added Womens health benefits. I thought these were so beneficial I have shared some with my sister!

Bacterial food poisoning can kill off the good flora in the intestines, so we needed to replenish our supply. The only problem we had was that after taking Culturelle, we had gas and bloating for a while. However, this may be a good sign that we are winning the war with the bad stuff.
