I love that it has the best probiotics for womens health not only for the gut but for feminine health as well. I love that each serving of culturelle has 15 billion active cultures. I didn't really notice that much of a change in my digestion, though maybe if I were to take this longer I would see the benefits. I didn’t really notice a difference until a week later when I was experiencing nausea and just sick to my stomach. So I stopped it to see if that’s what it was. I began taking it once again and my stomach issues and nauseous feeling returned. So yes, basically it’s not for me my system cannot tolerate it. This is the first time I’ve ever used it. And I’m not sure one way or another if I would recommend it as everyone tolerates things differently.
