Living by the sea I have found these consistently very good as compared to fresh. They are firm, tasty, and cleaned very well.

Was buying regularly until price increased about $5 per package, but still a good product. These cook well with minimal water content.

The scallops are very good cooked in olive oil with onions and garlic served with a delicious garden salad.
