Awesome

I bought these scallops in hopes they would not be frozen in water. They were not and when thawed according to the package directions, they were so good. I patted them dry, lightly dusted them in flour, then fried over low heat in garlic butter. Delicious!

Great Value!!!!

I was skeptical at first, but when I bought one to try it out it was worth it. I thought that once it thaws, it was water that gave its size, but no. To my surprise, it scallop pieces were all in uniform shape and a good size. Once I prepared it to my liking and cooked it, they were delicious!

Yum! great taste

I've had scallops before that were tasteless and disappointing. NOT these! These were a good size, very tasty, and cooked up nicely in garlic butter. They completed a Valentine's dinner with the USDA Choice Angus Beef Tenderloin Steak and a salad. Will purchase again during Lent and beyond. Great change of pace.

Black garlic topped scallops

When you get black garlic use it. It’s amazing in sourdough bread (thanks Tammy Jones for the inspiration) the added cheddar jack cheese and garden rosemary did the trick. Then the ideas started. Black garlic🤔 Sesame oil and miso seared scallops in a hot cast iron pan topped with black garlic sesame seeds, tamari and hoisin for some sweetness. Some hot chili infused canola oil added a nice kick.

Incredible

Flavor, texture and freshness are all top notch on these delicious scallops. We buy them regularly. The package makes it easy to make just a few at a time and the others keep well in the freezer.

Scallops frozen together.

The scallops were so frozen, they stuck together. They were not separated and hard to pull apart, even when defrosted. They broke apart in pieces. Won't buy them again.

Packaging

There's not a many in the pack as it states. Half of them are really small. With prices increasing and the amount decreasing, won't be purchasing again.

Bad smell

These scallops smelled SO bad when I got them home that I stuck them in freezer anyway. It stunk up my whole freezer so I decided they probably weren't fit for eating. After thinking about it I called and they told me to toss them and bring copy of receipt to store and they will refund the $'s. I've bought lobster, scallops and fish for years but never had anything smell this bad. Sorry, just the truth.
