I just bought this and have used it a few times. It works great! I love the idea of the single serve and being able to use the grounds instead of pods. I don't like the idea of using plastic pods for coffee.

Consistently makes a delicious cup of coffee. I stumbled on a brand of K cups that I love, and this coffee maker extracts the best flavor from my coffee. I've had two other brands of K-cup brewers (Cuisinart and Keurig) and this one is my favorite.

I have had only two days but I love the taste of my coffee. Never thought a coffee maker would make a difference. I have been doing pour overs, percolator and other makers.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and the clean cycle light goes off every 3rd time I brew coffee. I have fully and properly completed the clean cycle 2 times. I'm not sure if I got a lemon product or if this is something others have experienced. While I love the machine, design, and features, I am uncertain of the accuracy of the clean light going off so frequently. I have tried using different settings but the light keeps going off every 3rd time I use it.

Excellent coffee maker. This is my first Ninja, like it a lot more than other well-known brands. Very easy to use and the attached steamer is very convenient. Love the 4 oz set-up, along with the specialty drink. Strong coffee lover!!! Price is great. Thanks Ninja!

i would give a 0 but it makes me pick a star rating. This coffee maker is the worst. The top does not stay down and causes the pod to leak all over. Even exploding all over the wall. One of the worst made products and I advise anyone looking at it to look elsewhere. I didn't even have this coffee maker 4 months. Do not buy it!!!

We have had this coffee maker for since August and we use it daily. What we have noticed is a green deposit at the base of the water reservoir within the sealed unit. How can you clean this ? You cannot get to it. We also notice that spare parts for this maker are not available. Very disappointed.

I bought this in January and I'm so in love with it. I have the Ninja Brew station coffee pot also but I use that when we have company. I love this one because it's so compact and doesn't take up a lot of space on my coffee bar. I also love that I can brew k cups or my own coffee which is a must for me. My coffee doesn't come in k cups so this was definitely a plus for me, not to mention I love the Ninja product line.

Horrible, after 4 month and predominantly use the k-cups, we always have coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. If we brew with reusable basket it is fine, but the k-cup is much easier and less of a waste with my husband. Now I have to buy another coffee pot and I usually love Ninja products. I tried cleaning it but didn't help. A few days later it did the same thing.

Love this coffee maker. It's super easy to switch from pods to ground coffee. Super easy to use. I love that I can choose the size of my coffee from 6/8/10/12 and the Style from classic, rich, over ice. It's perfect for iced coffee, also hot coffee. Super easy to clean. The size is perfect. It also has a built in foldaway milk frother which is a plus for me. I totally recommend it!
