One of the best briskets I have cooked recently. You can actually see the difference in the quality of the meet with better fat distribution (marbling). So good I bought a second and have it on the smoker now.

We purchased it for a friend that had covid so we didn’t taste it after he smoked it. The only complaint I have is that their was only two to choose from when we purchased it. The price of it was reasonable.

We are smoking it today and will find out soon. If it turns out good, this will be our new Christmas tradition instead of having Prime Rib. Great value for the amount of meat we purchased for just over $40.

It could be a little less expensive. I know brisket is expensive everywhere but since customers pay a yearly fee I feel the prices could come down a bit.

I cooked it low and slow but was a little dissatisfied with all the fat in it. It’s my second brisket purchased at Sam’s Club. The first one was better.

I shop around a lot of places, and you cannot beat Sam's Club low price per pound on prime grade whole brisket. Prime grade brisket is always amazing...so glad you keep it in stock.

I am assuming this is the brisket we purchased and it was at least 50% fat that got cut off and thrown in the trash. 22 lbs brisket and half went into the trash! Shameful!

We will definitely buy our brisket from here if it is available. Very little fat was trimmed off. We were very pleased with the product. All of our friends talked about how good the brisket was when we smoked it.

At first I was worried about purchasing meat I hadn't picked out myself but it was as good as I would've picked so this is our second time buying this way.

A well smoked brisket is always tasty. Sam's needs to better trim the briskets before packaging, I'm cutting on average 3 pounds of fat off these things. Unfortunately Sam's is the only place close to me where I can purchase DECENT briskets. This is the world we live in, premium prices for subpar product.. it is what it is..
