It's not bad. I know you don't cut them at the store but I noticed the cuts have some defects while they are being processed

Smoked the brisket at 225 for 12 hours. It was excellent for tenderness and flavor. Definitely will buy again.

I like the price. Could trim more of the fat prior to selling. But can't beat the price and quality.

Bought a 16lb prime brisket, expected to trim off some fat. Brisket weighed 11lbs after removing the Excessive fat. Not worth the price

Meet is absolutely delicious for broiling, crock-pot, smoker. The people who are giving this meat bad reviews clearly do not know how to cook a brisket.
