I smoked this brisket and it came out amazing.

This was delicious in the smoker. Had to trim a little fat off, but not much. Very tender!

Took to South Carolina and cooked 24 hrs ..YUMMY

When cooked correctly absolutely amazing cut of meat!! Smoked for 19 hours and was well worth the wait. Better than restaurant quality.

I think it would be better if the club members could pick the brisket them selves instead of sight unseen.

A great cut of meat and the prime grade is as good as I get from online vendors that specialize in BBQ comp cuts

This brisket was marbled very well and it turned out juicy and tender. The price was good and the meat was delicious.

Too much fat. About half the cut was fat. I get brisket is a fatty cut, but this was too much. Threw much of it away.

Overall the cook turned out great. The cut was very poor. Lots of extra cuts in the flat. (Butcher mess-ups).
