Very nice marbling and taste. Sometimes have good selection, sometimes not very good selection from whats in stock.

The Sam’s meat counter is amazing! There are many choices of precuts to larger primals. This prime brisket finished out beautifully! My only wish is boxed beef had a better discount as it had previously.

While this was a gift for a large family who suffered the loss of the mother we enjoyed the great smell and cost compared to similar products at grocery stores.

I make brisket for my family every holiday and can’t consider less than prime. This has been a hit every time, all the time and pleases the young, the old, and the in-between. I don’t even have to trim it.

This is one of many brisket I've purchased at Sam's. This was the worst I've ever had. I know the nature of brisket is fatty...but this was BEYOND anything normal or expected. It was probably 50% fat.

This is a HUGE piece of meat. Don't think about this unless you are feeding a crowd. Cooked "low and slow", it was delicious. Not too much fat to trim.

Amazing texture, flavor, moistness. It was huge, so we cut in in half. Baked it low and slow. It turned out great and was the hit of our Christmas dinner party.
