I love this faucet, but even better was the super quick responsive service from Christian when I had a "flow" problem. So very helpful! I've been in construction for 35+ years and have never had such a quick and helpful response. I would highly recommend Vigo!

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

I bought this a we are remodeling our kitchen and purchased a stainless farm house sink. Specifically, I liked the matte black & stainless combo. I love the faucet; however, I wish the arm that holds the sprayer as a little longer to flow closer to the center of the sink.

When I bought this faucet I was leery about it. But when I got it I was very happy with it. Then the button to change from spray to shower broke 8 months after purchase. I emailed Vigo and they had no issue of replacing the sprayer. Thanks Vigo and Their great customer service.

My husband just put a new sink and faucet in this week and it is a stunning faucet. I love the matte black! This is the first VIGO faucet that we have ever purchased and it is a very high quality faucet and I am sure I will enjoy it for years to come.

I brew my own beer, and I needed a large, deep sink, and a faucet that I could raise up high enough to get into the 15 gallon pots I use. This sink does everything I want it to do, and I could clean even bigger pots if I needed to. The only drawback is I had to order it online, it is not available in stores.

We just finished remodeling the kitchen and we couldn't be happier with our new Vigo touch less faucet. It was easy to install with well formed instructions. The faucet sensor is accurate and works as expected. The design of this faucet is both strinking and functional. The spring action nozzle piece provides a unique look while also supporting the detached nozzle for an almost weightless feel. I highlt recommend this faucet.

This faucet took our farmhouse sink to a whole new level! I love the range of motion, the ability to have stream or spray and the single handle makes operating a breeze. My contractor (the hubs) was impressed with the ease of installation and I still can't stop talking to anyone who will listen about how impressed I was with the packaging! Quality from start to finish. When it comes time to upgrade the bathroom fixtures this will be my one and only stop for shopping!

I have had it installed for 2 days now and I absolutely love it. It feels solid, looks beautiful. The strength of spray is much better than what I had before. It seemed easy to install without any issues (though I was just watching, it took less than 30 minutes). So far, I love it and I am so happy with this purchase! Would definitely recommend. Only downside is that Costco takes longer to ship than others would, though it was still only 5 days.

I installed this myself. You have to have some basic plumbing knowledge to do this as well as the right tools and ability to work in a tight space (under counter and sink). Took me over 2 hours. If you're not that handy, have a professional install it. Also, the instructions are not very good.
