I'm very pleased with the faucet overall. The installation went very well, the included hardware and water lines are of high quality. The instructions were helpful, especially the fact that they explicitly explain how to eliminate the flow limiter. The only problem I can find is with the button & mechanism that switches between the 'stream' and 'spray' modes. Sometimes the button will stick down. Also, even in the 'stream' mode, water drips slightly out of the spray nozzles. Not that big a deal, but enough to subtract a star from the overall rating. I like the flat black finish, but if it came in bronze I would have gotten that.

I bought this faucet a little over one year ago and had a problem with the sprayer. I guess in touch with Christian L. Tech Service support and he quickly resolved my problem. Great product and fantastic Service Techs!!!! FIVE STARS FOR PRODUCT AND SERVICE. Stephen Adamson

Bought this sink and faucet combo for our kitchen remodel and are so happy we did! Sink and faucet are really high quality and look great in our kitchen. The faucet is awesome and has a long extension to get into all the corners. Would highly recommend the sink and faucet and it even came with a really nice grid, soap dispenser and cutting board as a bonus.

I bought this faucet to replace a leaking, old kitchen faucet. My son in law advised me not to purchase a faucet from a big box store because they have plastic parts that don't last. When I told him the brand I bought he was impressed. He put it in for me last week and it has been working great. When I replace my bathroom faucets I will come back to Viggo

At this time I cannot comment on the functionality of this faucet (reason why the 4 star rating) because it hasn't been hooked up to my plumbing. However the counter guys that installed it remarked how nice it was and thought it was more expensive when I told them what I paid. I think it looks terrific and can't wait to use it!

Love the matte black VIGO faucet! I’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it - great statement piece for your kitchen! After reading other reviews I was hesitant but it was easy to install and I’ve had no problems with leaking or poor pressure (the problem is probably with the person installing it).

I was hesitant about getting such a different faucet, but had just remodeled my entire kitchen and decided why not !? It's a sleek and stylish faucet which I am extremely satisfied with it. The flexibility of the hose makes cleaning the sink or filling a pot a breeze. Just a note on the soap dispenser, after filling for the first time and priming the pump, keep pumping. I thought at first something may have been wrong but it eventually primed and no issues since.

We've had this faucet for about two years now and really enjoy it. Recently the nozzle stopped working. It would no longer switch between spray and pour. However, I contacted customer service and they sent me out a replacement head, pronto. No charge. They were very easy to do business with.

I never write review but that said, this product warranted a review and since a kitchen faucet is so important (at least to me it is given how much you use it) I thought i should give this one a review. I have always been a loyal Kohler customer when it came to faucets. They have this "berry spray" technology which I absolutely love. I like a light spray when doing dishes so I can reduce splatter. That said, most faucets turn back to stream if you put the pressure on low enough. Not this one. It stays on spray no matter how low you turn the pressure. It is a solid faucet with good parts at a GREAT PRICE. I think it rivals my fave Kohler berry spray faucet that is 3x the price. Don't hesitate to buy.

I love this faucet even more now that it's installed. I was a little skeptical on the brand, but I did research and Vigo received good reviews. One of the main reasons is the color (Graphite Black) because it matches my black slate GE Cafe fridge and dishwasher . Not many kitchen sink manufacturers make this finish or if they do, it's very expensive. I initially bought a matte black faucet, but it was too dark. Also, check out the other finishes it comes in, all very pretty, unique, and modern. Our plumber installed it and had no problems. It arrived in a very nice box and with impressive packaging. The packaging makes you think you bought a very high end fixture. Lastly, the quality is very nice and sturdy - it visually and feels well made, especially the on/off handle.
