Did loads of comparison shopping locally, and the VIGO was built like the $500-$1000+ faucets, but priced in our budget. So many of the hardware stores have faucets that are comparably priced, but have plastic soap dispensers and cheap parts. Install was easy (it is never fun to lay on your back under an existing sink to remove an old faucet and install a new one, but nothing was complicated or unexpected). The water flow is wonderful; on normal it appears like less but is not as aerated as our previous faucet, so I don't have to use it as long. The spray is very powerful, much more so than our previous faucet, so much so that it splatters little droplets of water everywhere if you are not paying attention. We love it and expect it last quite a long time! Take your time to search online, we found it for $30 less with free shipping compared to everywhere else by looking at VIGO's website and who sells their products.

We were looking specifically for a matte black finish on a kitchen faucet and had recently seen this particular style on a TV show recently. We are so happy that we bought this faucet - it is a showstopper and it has great features such as a spray and 360 degree turning radius.

The first thing I noticed was the box and packaging. I felt like I was opening a new Apple product. The faucet had a protector over the faucet to protect it. It was in terrific padding and everything that is important is set in the padding too. I was very happy with how sturdy it felt right out of the box. That's not always something you can appreciate with buying something online. This faucet is far from flimsy. The coils are stiff and do not move. This was a concern of mine when I bought it because I wasn't sure how much give those coils had. I bought the stainless steel and black model and the black portions are perfectly proportioned portioned; it's not too dark. Can't wait to use it and for the install. I'm confident it'll be great.

We bought this because it was a perfect match to the idea of what we wanted for our new kitchen. We were looking at other sinks and faucets but did not want to spend over $300 on each item. We only paid just over $400 for the combination and it came with everything we needed to hook it up.

Great quality and craftsmanship, the faucet came very well packaged and it feels solid, we installed it about a month ago and so far we really LOVE it, no complains at all. Pros: - perfect size (similar industrial faucets are just too big, we needed something that could fit in our kitchen without hitting the cabinets above our sink. Yet, it does not feel small either, in our opinion just the perfect proportion for a regular-size kitchen sink. - love the spray function (very strong) and as many people mentioned, it's great that the faucet keeps the selected mode when turning on/off. - The soap dispenser is of the same high quality as the faucet itself, no cheap materials here neither... - Good price considering its quality and the other options out there, I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of faucet. Cons (mostly minor): - when installed in narrow cabinet (like ours), the weight attached to the cord (underneath the sink) can get a big stuck with the other lines, sometimes preventing the cord from self retracting easily... So far, just pushing a bit on the cord makes it go back in place, so nothing serious here (and probably also specific to our cabinet/narrow space available underneath). - The cord itself does not seem to pull out very far, perfect for our need since we only have a single sink, but some people with very large industrial sinks may need some more extension. So far, extremely please with our purchase! We hope it will last for a long time.

I've been waiting awhile for think to come in. I did tons of research and decided to go with Vigo. When I received it, they did not disappoint! Beautiful producut and works great. I'm remodeling my whole house and will be using Vigo in all the bathrooms! Great job Vigo!

I wanted a new kitchen faucet that was modern but understated, well-made, easy to use and affordable. Every recommendation online for "best" faucets had no mention of Vigo so I was leary. However, product reviews were glowing and numerous so I took the plunge and was rewarded by getting exactly what I wanted for 1/2 the cost (from Overstock). It's heavy and the only plastic part is a stabilizing holder that's mounted under the sink. Ships with a brass flow restrictor that is easily removable (from 1.8 to 2.2 gpm). Note: It comes with braided metal supply lines, a handsome black deck plate and is impressively packaged.I highly recommend this faucet

I bought this in January of 2021, but due to the Covid-19 scare, I just had it installed on September 14, 2021. It feels great, construction looks and feels very well-made and not a lightweight. I love, love, love it! It's beautiful, but now I have to replace my sink to keep up with the competition!.

Just installed and registered product. We did require some extra adaptars for US installation, not standard cold/hot water connections. Solid and beautiful, very heavy duty! Nice shower, gentle stream, some splashback over single sink installation probably due to water pressure.

So far so good... haven't installed yet but happy with the way it looks. It's pretty heavy and sturdy. Four stars only because the spout is made up of plastic...a little cheap feeling compared to our old one. However it may have better control being lighter
