Bought this water for many years. Great taste. Your new "sustainable" bottles are very thin and probably designed by a bean-counter to increase profit. This is fine also. The reason I now despise your bottles is because of the skinny little new, hard to open lids. You do know what I am talking about, so hope you address this issue soon.

I love Ozarka water, but prefer the 20 oz bottles. I really hate being forced to buy this size because Sam's hasn't had the 20 oz bottles in so long! These bottles are flimsy, hard to open, and hard to carry when you buy them because the case is so heavy. The 20 oz bottles are so much better!!

My family likes the taste of this water brand. I always take this water bottles to work instead of drinking the water offered at my job. Some other water brands taste funny, but no Ozarka. I like buying water in bulk. I give this water to my baby. He drinks a lot of water.

I enjoy the taste of ozarka sping water, it comes in about 16 ounce bottle, with a contoured shape that makes it easy to carry and handle. The water comes in a 40 pack which is just about equal to two cases and it’s a really good value for your money. A lot of spring waters are more pricey than this one. I enjoy to clear crisp taste, which taste a lot better than other waters on the market.

The price is reasonable. Be careful sometimes some of the bottles have a whole in them so you will lose a bottle or two. I really would like for Sam's to drop the price on the larger bottle size. The 40 pack is a much better value than the larger bottle size. Just calculating the number of galls for the 40 pack compared to the others and logically you would just get the 40 pack even with the smaller bottle sizes. If the goal is to save the planet from all the excess plastic bottles, then Ozarka should lower the price on the larger pack. The value on the 40 pack is so great that no sane consumer would be able to justify the purchase price on the larger bottles. The value is just not there.

The local stores were out of water due to a panic of possibly not being able to use tap water so I had to request shipping. The shipping arrived within 2-3 days which was great; however, due to the way they handled the water it was missing a few bottles from where the plastic broke and they fell out.
