Water tastes great. Could you please package them I. Two smaller packages instead of one big one. It’s difficult for me to carry them into my car then out of my car and all the way to my 2nd story condo. Like part 1 and part two. Then I can break them apart for easier transport to second floor.

I enjoy Ozarka because it's true Spring Water and not filtered water. The 40 pk is a great bargain however it's very hard to handle in this size. I can barely put it in a basket and it's almost impossible to take it out. I do store pick up now when I need it but they said it was out of stock on last pick up and I had to go in and get it. I thought it odd as they generally have it outside Hurricane Season. The person who loaded my car agreed that the associate who gathers the order probably didn't want to pick it up either. A smaller size would be better for older individuals.

I have previously bought this brand at Sam’s because the bottles had thicker walls than at the grocery store and Walmart. The last purchase had the flimsy walled bottles.

Good but could be better if these were the 20 ounce bottles. The 20 ounce bottles are SO MUCH BETTER because they are sturdier and hold more water!

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ I have to say, opening an Ozarka water bottle has officially become my daily arm workout. Apparently, some of these caps are not designed to be opened by humans — they require the strength of a professional wrestler and the precision of a bomb technician. 😂 Every time I try to open one while driving, it turns into a full-blown hydration disaster. I grip the bottle, twist the cap, and suddenly I’m performing a magic trick where 1/3 of the water disappears all over my hands, steering wheel, and truck. Nothing says “stay hydrated” like accidentally giving your vehicle a shower. After inspecting the caps, it looks like the safety tabs may be slightly oversized or there’s some kind of manufacturing issue. The strange part is that it’s a complete gamble — one 40-count case will have bottles that require superhuman strength to open, and the next case will open perfectly with no issues at all. I love Ozarka water, but please fix this cap problem before I need to start carrying a pair of pliers just to enjoy a drink. 💧😂

When are the 20oz bottles coming back? The 16oz is a hassle to open. The bottle is so thin, without proper grip to open, some of the water will in fact get out. I’m all for saving the environment. Or whatever the reason may be for these thin bottles. But cmon now. When will the 20 oz be restocked?

Bottle wall thickness is so thin that opening the bottle causes me to squeeze out water all over myself.

I have Lupus in my hands. My fingers and the bottles are flimsy the funny thing about it and strange that is the 20 ounce bottles are not flimsy. I don’t know why that is but that’s what I used to buy even though the lids are harder to open, but the bottle didn’t cave in and water would go all over my face like the 16.9 ounces do I really like for you guys to go back to the 20 ounce also

The lids never want to open. You have to tightly grip the bottles because they won't release to open, you end up squeezing water all over the place. Really makes me mad when you're lying in bed and try opening a bottle and water squeezes everywhere.

We have found these bottles almost unusable. You start the cases which is damaging the bottles below. The bottoms of bottles makes it so the bottles won’t even stand up. Some bottles have a white film floating around of the bottom of the bottle. Next time we are bringing back to you and want a refund. These are extremly cheap bottles.
