Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been—spilling water because the bottle collapses is certainly not what anyone expects. We understand your concern and appreciate you letting us know that it feels different than before. Feedback like yours is important and helps us understand how changes can impact everyday use. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you like the water, but we’re really sorry to learn that the bottles were so difficult to open. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
Having to use pliers and dealing with spills sounds incredibly frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Your feedback is important, and we’ll make sure it’s passed along to the team so we can look into what may have caused the caps to lock up like that.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention — and for giving the product a try. If there’s anything else we can help with, we’re here for you.
