Extremely Happy I purchased the Manhattan Media Fireplace, and I am thrilled with it. It arrived a few days early, and the delivery person agreed to deliver it to my entryway. From there, we used furniture sliders to move it into another room. The piece arrived in perfect condition, the fireplace works great, and the color was as pictured. The piece is beautiful, and I would recommend it. Just be sure to have two people available to move it, as it is very heavy. The furniture sliders worked great for moving it.

I was a bit hesitant ordering this unit based on reviews of it arriving damaged, but it arrived safe and was very well packaged. It had boards on the top and bottom that protected the corners and edges well. The cardboard itself had some damage but it did not affect the unit in any way. The unit is beautiful. The heat is gentle, which is better in the long run because it doesn't overheat the room like a wood burning stove would. We love the thermostat feature.

Bought from store. Box had a hole in it, but it didn't look bad. Got it home. Unboxed it, and the side panel is broken. This was the last at my store. I'm going to return it to the store that said they had some still in stock & exchange it. Not the store I bought it from, but that's the cool part about sams club.

Nice as the picture

My furniture just got delivered today. I took pictures of the box when it was delivered and saw some part torn. Upon opening it up, it was damaged. The wood at the side of where the box was damaged was ripped off. Sam's club should do better with their deliveries. Am not impressed at all. Will be calling them tomorrow.

Item was delivered in perfect condition. Far nicer than I thought it would be for the price. Could not be happier with the purchase.

This is a very beautiful piece of furniture. But it does not heat up at all. It only goes up to 82° and I can leave on all day and night. Very disappointing. Hoping I can return it or exchange it. If you’re looking for heat do not purchase this unit
