This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.

In order to have this operation he had to literally stay on a liquid diet for 10 days. Ensure was a God send. He is still very much dependibg on Ensure for for meals.
