I wasn't sick or had a previous surgery to were I was loosing weight, but I am a 18 year old female who was a little on the skinny side. I once was 128 lbs but dropped weight due to not eating enough when I first started my ensure journey, I was at 110 lbs I am now today 122.2 lbs I literally gain one lb EVERYDAY and it's amazing ! Ensure company does not guarantee this for the formula, maybe for ensure plus but this works as well from my experience! I have not tried other flavors but vanilla tastes so good just like a milkshake everyday thanks ensure you're amazing

I’ve recently have been feeling anxious and not been in the mood to eat due to stress. Everything I looked at was gross and I could barley swallow anything. But seriously this drink tastes good and benefits you so much. I swear I’d wake up feeling nauseous or dizzy, but somehow this drink managed to stay in my system and give me all the vitamins and antioxidants I’ve been missing. I strongly suggest you use this. It helped me get back my appetite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the creamy taste of the original strawberry Ensure. I have tried the other favors. I only drink them in the morning. I feel it helps me get my day going. A boost of energy to start the morning. I don’t like chocolate anything in the morning, so that favor just wouldn’t work for me. So I started out trying each of the other different favors until I found my favorite. The first time I tried the strawberry I thought, “Wow! This is great!” It’s smooth and creamy without any funny after taste. How can it be healthy? It taste much like a creamy strawberry smoothie.

Not being able to take pain medication and eat due to being sick he became dehydrated. Thank goodness for Ensure! As soon as he could keep something in him I gave him Ensure Vanilla and Milk Chocolate which helped him get back to where he is today.

I keep them in the refrigerator and place one in the freezer 2 1/2 hours prior to use. I stir at 2 hrs. Then I developed a loss of appetite and really had to depend on Ensure and supplements and for a long time I had two a day. I now have mostly one a day - Winter and Summer I find one very refreshing and very filling. It has definitely been a life-saver for me. Thanks.
