I drink Milk Chocolate Ensure twice a day as I'm underweight and need the extra calories and protein in my diet. I have a great deal of stress in my life and don't eat well nor sleep well, but the Ensure helps me stay healthy and my doctor is pleased with the results!!!

i drink alot of these because of the nutrition part of it, but about 4 months ago, i started itching and everytime i drink one i keep on itching. i love ensure and make alot of smoothies,because that is how i get my nutrition in. but i need to know do i need to try another kind of ensure, or lay off for awhile and see it that is my problem. i hate giving up my ensure

When my mother-in-law fell ill and did not eat much I took her some Ensure. She loved it and said the taste was great and not thick. Now she asks me to take her Ensure.
