I enjoy a cold Ensure Original once a day. I feel satisfied and I know Ensure supports my nutritional health. I love vanilla Ensure and sometimes I even put some in my morning coffee...so good!

I lost 15 pounds being sick, and the doctor and nutritionist recommended it the regain the weight. I am under weight and I have gained back 10 pounds of the 15 so far. It is nutritious and healthy, where other way of gaining weight can be less healthy.

During my busy schedule if I can make breakfast or don't have time to get breakfast at a fast food or diner, I drink one bottle of ensure which is vanilla and it keeps me going through out the morning until noon for lunch time. I've been drinking Ensure Original for at least 6 or 7 years. I love it. It hard on my budget, that's why I get the original-for the price. It is a bit cheaper, I love the chocolate flavor as well. I don't take any other vitamins. It's a great supplement.
