I needed a nutritional supplement and I assumed that I would be using Glucerna, or something similar. I was very surprised to be told that no, Ensure was a far superior product, and I've been on it ever since. I love the taste, it's like a mini milkshake at the beginning and at the end of my day! There’s no grittiness or lousy aftertaste, just sheer loveliness! Thank you Ensure!

Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Ensure (Original Nutrition Shake) accidentally, while finishing relatives left over ½ bottle of serving. Upon drinking it intermittently for a few days I noticed a distinct boost in energy while playing tennis. Discontinuing Ensure noticeably decreased the effect. The high protein does not appear to grant the same benefit, at least in my case. I am a 65 year old man. I would highly recommend trying Ensure.

We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure.
